Review 1：No compact fridge. No microwave. Auto chg for an in room safe deposit box whether you use it or not. Named Red Roof Inn Plus when actually you get a lot less than any other standard room. Red Roof Inn Less is more appropriate

Review 3：The room was not all the great. It looked outdated, almost more than the regular rooms. Bathroom is completely same small size. The remote control did not work. Fridge looked like it was ready to die.

Review 15：The staff at the desk seemed to care less about doing a good job. Checking in was a circus. The light over the sink in our room was burned out and they said they would replace it. They never showed up, which was not a surprise. When we checked out and reminded them about the light all they did was shrug their shoulders and said "sorry"...a very poor attitude.

Review 26：Rude, lazy and unhelpful front desk clerk for evening check in. (Penny??). We needed to scan and send some urgent paperwork home and she came up with excuses and told us to come back and see the night clerk. He didn't understand why she wouldn't just do it for us either. Due to time zones we didn't end up getting it to work in time before end of business at home. Night clerk was very helpful however and it was a simple thing to do.

The roomsmelled strongly of chemicals when we entered it. The entire room was sohumid it was to the point of dampness, the floor, the sheets andpillows, the bed. There was mold on ceiling in bathroom. The bathroomdoor knob was loose and the bathroom door would not shut! The bathroomfloor was dirty. There were ants on the floor next to my bed. The showerhead made terrible squealing noise the entire time I used it. The bottomof the tub was slimy in spots and gritty in others. Had to scrub it thebest I could before using the tub. I was overcharged. The employee saidit was because of taxes and safe deposit. I had booked three otherhotels with Booking, and none overcharged me. I paid exactly what I wasquoted, but not here. He was more interested in telling me it was forthe safe, and did I want to upgrade? Why did I even need a safe? Therehad been none anywhere else I had stayed! Are the employees that much ofthieves? Headboards looked grimy (I would say stained but how does onestain fake wood?)

Review 38：The rooms themselves were not great. There were cigarette burns in the comforter, and the baseboard in the bathroom was coming off the wall. There were rust spots and mildew around the bathtub, although the rest of the room seemed clean.

Review 47：There was a bit of a musty smell in the room but it wasn't overpowering. The tub in the bathroom is oddly curved along the bottom. Not quite enough room for your feet to be able to stand flat. But it was clean. Would be nice if there were more breakfast options.

Review 62：This is not a hotel. this is a MOTEL. you see people coming in and out from the rooms without need to go for a reception making somewhat a bit less secure. There were people drinking beer and dwelling in the halls and around the doors. There was also a cockroach roaming in the desk. The pictures are deceiving as well as the description of "hotel". I will not recommend this for a family vacation stay or for a business trip.

We asked the officer about the area and he said we should probably go across the street to stay. The front desk people were very unfriendly.
