Review 1：We stayed at this hotel 2 weekends in a row. First time we went straight to the hotel to book our room...and got a good room....Then decided to stay longer and booked through a site...in which we received "not so good" of a room. This happened 3 times. had 2 rooms with slow plumbing. The tub filled up while you showered and the toilet flushed very slow and also the sink drained very slow. Our last day there the hotel had the electric shut off (at 9am) for about 25 mins the morning we were due to leave AND the water was shut off starting around 9am (checkout is at 11) makes getting ready difficult without any water and it was due to be off (for pipe repair) until 1pm that day! Unprofessional and disappointing after you've paid good money for a good hotel.

Review 3：The warm welcome at the front desk makes you feel you are a queen. The customer relation is one of the best for me so far. Jennifer and Ruth were outstanding at the front desk The hotel though old is very clean. The location is one of best if you want to be practical. The Florida Shopping mall behind gives you all facilities like banking, food, great shopping. I will definitely go there again.

Review 4：the hotel is inside a mall, which is amazing, you have everything - shopping, dining - nearby. most of the staff is very friendly and smiling. the rooms are beautiful.

Review 5：The receptionist was so kind. The room is cosy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was always perfectly clean. There are many places to eat breakfast in the lobby (Marcelo's is a good choice). You can access Florida Mall through the lobby. It's located nearby Universal and Disney parks and OutLet Premium.

Review 6：Needs to be more kid friendly! Also seriously consider having a movie theatre around your hotel! It would great to watch a movie close to the hotel.

Review 7：Long waits for elevator on sat morning. Almost 10 min. Requested high floor was given third floor w a view of a filthy roof. Cleaning seems to be the opportunity

Review 9：The location is perfect for crazy shopper like me! The staffs are more friendly compare to the customer service in the Mall. The map they have for stores and restaurants around the hotel is easy to read and very useful. I really enjoyed the quiet moment in the room after all the noises while shopping on Black Friday.

Review 10：Staff wad great, Jennifer at the reception was beyond helpful, clean and cozy lots of facilities around, check in and out were the smoothest. Simply best value u would ever get in Orlando.

Review 11：A few minor things didn't work properly. Main dislike is the $18 surcharge, that they charge you daily for use of their fitness room, pool, etc; and get this: for Parking in a mall parking lot.

Review 19：The hotel lobby elevator key card was very sensitive, didn't always work. If you had a room close to the elevators you can hear them working up/down only if your headboard was faced towards the elevators direction. Example Room 744. You can hear people in the hallways but that seems to be normal.

Review 20：The hotel is conveniently attached to The Florida Mall. There are many restaurants in the area. 30 minutes non-toll road drive from the airport. Less than 20 minute drive, non-tolls from Disney world. Less than 11/2 hour drive, non-toll roads from LegoLand in Winter Haven. There is also public parking in front of the hotel. No need to valet, save your $20 per night charge. Only hotel guests are allowed up the elevators using the hotel card key and their facilities. We stayed in 652 which was really nice and had a partial view of the pool.

Review 21：was left dissapointed because we expected to eat in the restaurant, it was closed. The website didn t give that information it led us to believe it was open.

Review 30：I was travelling with my daugther, was impossible to arrived at the hotel, because the traffic, no place to park and check-in with our bags, i was obligated to cancel de booking 1 block from the hotel, pay the day rate for another hotel in collins, the shore, was very frustrating

From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the concierge to the room service to the Starbucks staff to the Crickets staff to the housekeeping staff everyone was exceptional!! The pool area was very clean and relaxing!! The food in the restaurant was delicious too!! The ladies in the convenience store were very nice!! We will definitely be back!!

Review 54：Poor amenity. The location, it's too far from downtown. They have a very small pool. I asked a cab for early morning to leave for airport but there was no cab at all. I spoked front staff but it didn't work.

Review 57：The 1st room we got:761. It was a less spacious room we as repeat guests were used to get, the a/c: not placed well: it blows right on the person sleeping on the bed and doesn't work throughout the entire night, making you sweat and later cold. I woke up 5 of the 7 mornings with a bad headache. The cleaning staff. Not keeping the room optimally clean. The reservation staff. We made our reservations as of march 15, and the hotel didn't tell us in advance about not being able to comply with our requests, and in doing so, not having the choice to go to another hotel. Also very important: the other guest in the room was never asked to idenfy herself. Because of that she'll never be a frequent guest to the hotel. And she is, having stayed in and paid for the hotel.

Review 58：The hotelmanagers: Sara, John, Kenneth, Joey for their inmediate attention and efforts to make us feel as VIP's The waiters in Marcelo's, especially Jesus. All the 'Bell' staff, including security.

Review 59：As with most hotels these days, the pillows are uncomfortable. They are too high and firm for a small to medium person who sleeps on their back. They might have had something more comfortable if we'd asked, but we didn't want to make a big deal of it.

Review 60：All the staff people at this hotel are extremely gracious and attentive. The Florida Mall is not even a half step away if you want to shop. (High end and same stores as most everywhere else) The location is a bit far from Disney and Epcot but fairly close to Universal Studios. If you're driving it's no problem to get anywhere. The public bus system is a very short walk from the mall and very reliable if you are not in a super hurry. We liked that the room was quiet and that downstairs there were various local events or celebrations going on which gave it a lively real world feel, not just a tourist hotel. In a nutshell, comfortable, classy yet not pretentious.
