Review 1：The odor of midew, loud upstairs neighbors, and having the unexpected company of ants. I've stayed here once before and it was a great value at the time and the accomodations exceeded my expectations. This time around it was simply average and really not a hotel I would recommend to others for the price paid.
Review 2：There is a garage on site and always plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. The rooms are clean to a degree. The facility is smaller so it has everything you need on site but in small portions- a small gym and business center, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, etc. The main hallways of the hotel are generally quiet.
Review 3：Nothing that I can think of. Maybe a little over-priced, but it's definitely on par with the area.
Review 4：The staff was incredibly friendly. Whenever someone would see me leave or enter, I was offered a bottle of water with a smile. The hotel was very clean, and in a great location. The room was spacious--plenty of space for a family, even though I was traveling alone. The shampoo also smelled so good!

Review 14：Beware of booking websites, I booked a suite with two beds, when I arrived they gave me a small suite with a small bed and hard floor. But they moved me the next day. I understand it's not the hotel's fault.

Review 16：The unfriendliness of one individual working at the counter on Friday, Feb 27 at 6:00pm. I wanted to know how I can get coupon or rewards so I can stay at the hotel in the next 3 weeks when I am out there again for business trip. She was very unfriendly and yelled out and said she never heard of it. Yet it was advertised on TV. She was so rude that a very nice houseskeeper came out and gave me a hug and wished me a safe trip back home. I like the hotel and I stayed there for one week. I intend to stay there again for my the next many business trips because it's convenient to my business location.

Review 76：The breakfast buffet was the best--hands down--of any I've everseen! It even had instant miso soup for Japanese tourists. Scrambledeggs, bacon, sausage, every kind of bread and pastry imaginable, yogurt,waffles, and fruit. There are even small and large waffle makers.They've literally thought of everything. The server who maintainsthe buffet couldn't have been more courteous, and even made myhusband a waffle. The rooms are very new and stylish (we had a suite)and the hotel location was safe, had ample parking, and was close toshopping and restaurants. I'd stay there again.
