Review 1：The property advertised on site restaurant, there is none. You have to go off site for every dinner. We never figured out what was up with sofa and chair, stained or discolored?

Review 2：We stayed in a suite, the rooms were spacious there was a really nice separate bedroom.Some nice views from the patio.The staff were very friendly.Jetted tub.

Review 3：So oddities, like a full refrigerator but only a microwave and no dish/utensils...why not a smaller 'fridge and single burner? (the restaurant is over at the golf course). Could use some new screens, rugs, blinds.

Review 8：The term "kitchen" in the internet description is misleading. A small microwave and coffee pot with a verysmall refrigerator that either does not keep the ice cream bar frozen or it keeps everything in the appliance frozen!!!!! Are there any rooms with a KITCHEN?

Review 10：One of our (Inn-provided) bathrobes disappeared one day while we were gone (perhaps cleaning staff meant to clean it but did not replace it). As they are $50 each if taken, I mentioned this upon checkout. Bill, who checked us out, evidently made a note in our file but otherwise was quite taciturn.

Review 11：The pool area and spa were not at all busy, and are nice to relax in, with a good view of the neighbouring golf course.

Review 20：The male desk clerk was not friendly. We stayed here before and areaware of this, so it was no big deal. The steps and front doorwaysshould be swept often. Lots of dirt, leaves and broken twigs. Thecarpets are stained and should either be cleaned or replaced. However,the room rates also reflect this. The owners should have a secretshopper come in, they may be surprised. It is our understanding theowners do not live in the state. Such a beautiful place, but the staffdoes not seem to take pride in what a lovely inn this place really is,truly sad.

Review 21：The room size is awesome. So spacious. The beds and bedding are verycomfy. Plenty of clean, fluffy towels. Bathroom shower stall is largeand the Jacuzzi is big enough for two. The fireplace is a nice featurealthough we did not use it this time of year. This place is a diamond inthe rough! Stay here and enjoy!

Review 22：Dirty, I must have told them 3 or 4 times about the bird dropings all over the the pool,stairs,the hand rails, stairs and the hand rails were so bad, I had my Hand full of Bird du,du.and also on my NEW Shoes.

Review 31：we were golfing eagle mountain so took a chance on staying over the night before. Great room, beautiful location. The grill at eagle mountain golf club has a wonderful breakfast and drink menu up the road.

Review 32：Noise from other rooms awful. Walls and ceiling paper thin. Stayed 3 nights, first night only a couple hours sleep due to patrons on 2nd floor. Moved to a different room for remaining stay. Tip: do get a room on the first floor.

Review 39：With close proximity to both Scottsdale and the town of Fountain Hills, the Inn is a wonderful relaxing place. Very quiet and aesthetically pleasing with good food for breakfast and lunch.

How? Walk through the locked off bar. If it was ebay it would be not as described. Had to return so early so I couldn't even finish a date with I long missed girl friend at the other hotel.

The steps going up to our casita were old and had been replaced with plywood. The outdoor walkway carpet was also old and torn in several places and may cause people to trip.
