Review 1：what i didn't like about my stay. is the heat wasn't working at the time and we had to move to another room up stairs. and it is hard for me to climb stairs.

Review 2：when i always stay out here everything is good the staff is nice and they get alone with you.

Review 3：The staff was absolutely lovely. I stayed for two nights and used the airport shuttle early in the morning for very cheap... great value for what I spent overall. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Walkong distance to good food and not fAR from the airport at all. It was great. Would go back for sure.

Review 4：Sink stopper was broken csusing it to be difficult to drain. The refrigerator was having trouble keeping food cold.

Review 6：The hotel was like a upgrade from the bates motel. The comforter on the bed had plenty of cigarette burns in it. The nonsmoking room was filled with smoke. The first room that I was given smelled like noone ever left out and never bathed. Just horrible and will not be staying there again.

Review 11：Its outdated. Bathroom door was coming apart. Door frame was also coming apart. It looked as if someone kicked in the door. You can hear the highway traffic. Also the planes from the airport. There was some type of entertainment place next door. A lot of noise from there after 11 pm.

Review 17：Only one bar of soap. Needed to have soap for the shower too. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. Had a smell of possibly a spray that had been used to cover up something. The odor wasn't a bad smell but just not fresh smelling.

Review 18：Staff very nice. Accommodations were basic. The room was clean looking. We arrived late. It was just a place to sleep for the night.

Review 19：The room was dirty and smelled terrible. Old and nasty. The bedspread had holes in it. Only three pillows and two towels. No tissue in the box. The bed was only half way made up after room service the next day. On the cheap $ side...and I know why. Hopefully I will never have to stay there again. The website is very disceiving!

Review 27：Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, someone knocked on my door at midnight right after I came in and desk staff acted like it was no big deal. Had to barricade myself in my room to feel safe. Also someone had put tissue in the peephole so you couldn't see through it. I left all lights off when I went out but came back to light on both nights.

Review 34：The lights all had low, energy saving bulbs in them which were fine for sleeping and just watching TV, but getting dressed and combing hair and putting on makeup was difficult. I had to sit in the outside window to apply makeup & not care what passersby thought. The room's furniture was generally older, but in pretty good condition; however, the bed linens were NOT. We traded one set of bed sheets due to a large dark stain on one side & got another with cigarette holes in it (we were in a nonsmoking room, but we knew there were smoking rooms also.) The sheets were clean, just needed to be replaced.

Review 35：The location was very convenient for us attending a wedding in Greensboro from PA. It was easy to find, just off a main thoroughfare. It was clean, had a micro & fridge and the bed was comfortable and breakfast was included. Needed to de-wrinkle some clothes, so used the laundry facilities - old, but did the job. For the low price we paid for the room for (2) nights, we were generally happy.

Review 36：Non-smoking room stank of cigarettes, no tissues, sink light flickered constantly. Prepay required for the second night before I got into the room. That should have been the tip off that it was a rip off.

Review 38：First, no one where in the booking did they say they were going to charge my first night to my credit card. Second, the nicest area about this place is the lobby, apparently that's where all the money went. The room smelled and the floor by the bathroom was soaking wet. The toilet looked like something out of a horror movie and the shower flipped from cold water to extremely hot water while you were in it. There is also a club next door so if you want to get sleep, don't go on the weekend. People were very loud and rand around banging on doors. Housekeeping was a joke. I have never been that disappointed in a hotel.

Review 46：Only hot breakfast item was waffles, no eggs. Fruit bowl had apples and oranges, but they were not fresh. As a result, I went out for breakfast each day of my 4 night stay. Bathroom sink/counter was lower than normal and sink's water pressure was too low. However, the shower pressure was fine. Note, there's an airport close by, so there is plane noise, but I only noticed it a few times a day in the morning, sometime after 7am.

For the money expect to hear everything outside your door including drunk guest, planes flying extremely close and whatever happens in the room next to you. They keep the place clean but the entire establishment is in desperate need of a makeover.

Review 49：There was hair in the tub, A baggy on the floor, a small straw on the floor, and a cigarette wrapper on the floor. There was hair on the pillows and burn marks on the comforter. No coffeemaker but there was coffee in the room? Alerted staff of dirtiness and they didnt care. Also alerted them our key to the door didnt work to the hotel manager and she also was not concerned. Will not stay again.

My boyfriend & I wentup front to get drinks for the kids, smile was just coming in fromhelping someone I guess he stands at the door & allows a white guyto walk in but blocks the door & asks us if he could help us I saidwe have a room here already thank you & he lets us in. Review 52：The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world. But it wasn't terrible. It was also during an icy front and I wish more care had been taken on salting the stairways.

Review 54：I took my husband to surprise him with a night out, and decided to stay the night somewhere. So I found this grand hotel...From 10pm to 6am I was kept up by loud rap music in the room beside me, along with yelling, fighting, and laughing. I called the front desk at 2:30am and that worked for about 30 minutes. There was a point when they were fighting while leaning against my hotel door. So I was afraid to leave, or call front desk again, because I didn't want them to know it was me calling on them (which I told the person at 2:30am that I was afraid to call) I called the manager the next day and she said it was my fault because I didn't call the front desk more. She also said that I should expect that on a busy night. So not only is it my job to stay awake by the phone and have to call the front desk multiple times to control their guests, but I also should expect to not sleep in their hotel. She called her owner and they said the same thing...it was my fault. I guess one complaint that I was afraid and could not sleep wasn't enough for them? The manager did nothing for my experience aside from blame me for my bad night in their hotel. Do not stay here unless you plan to call front desk all night. Also, bring some pepper spray so if you choose to leave from the loud thugs next door, you will make it to your car safely.

Review 59：This is an older motel that is showing its age. Moreover the maintenance is minimal. There was coffee in the room but no coffee maker. We were supplied with a single thin plastic cup. The TV was an old tube model. Worst of all, the smoke detector was disconnected--just wires hanging from the ceiling. Definitely not recommended.
