Review 1：The staff here is very nice and friendly! There is perfect location just in front of the train station. The view around is amazing! Also, free offered breakfast is tasty!
Review 2：At breakfast, the only eggs available were uncooked- you had to cook them yourself and only a small easeily missed warning sign (I cracked one open thinking it was already boiled.)

Review 4：had booked a quadraple room. was travelling with my husband and kids aged 19 and 24. one of the room was actually just not a room. it was an attic kind of a thing with three single beds and absolutely no ventilation. not a single window and not even a pedestal fan. it was suffocating so all of us had to sleep in one room and on the floor. however the next day after we spoke to the staff they provided us with extra beds in the one room. so i effectively paid for 2 rooms but got only one with extra beds which i felt was highly unfair. so would definitely not recommend a quadraple room.

Review 8：We were unable to get wifi in our room. When we asked the staff, they reported that free wifi was available in the lobby and other areas in the hotel but not in our room. We told them their "free wifi" posting was extremely misleading and they tried to rectify the situation by offering another antiquated room for $30 more.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us a great little lunch pack on the days we missed breakfast due to early starts. The days we ate breakfast there we were able to sit outside on the terrace and eat with views of the lake just 50 meters away. The price considering the location and time of our trip was very good too.
Review 12：I was a single traveler. The hotel has a single room rate and a double room rate. They said because I had booked through booking.com that there were no way to change my rate from double to single. So I paid significantly more for the room. It seems like it would have been possible for them to make the adjustment. There are two 'houses' that the hotel owns. One is separate from the main house. My room was in the separate house. There was no wifi available in my room. The breakfast starts quite late - 8 am.
Review 13：The location is exceptional. The rooms are simple, but nice, and very clean.
Review 14：The room was in the back of the building with just one window with views to the parking, the railway and the place where the staff of te hotel gone to smoke, so the room was at 30ºC and we had to close the window to avoid the smoke and noise pass in the room. The breakfast is shared with hundred of flies and I prefer not to say something about the quality of the food and juicies. We spent 4 nights and we wanted to gone out since the first one. We payed 130CHF each night, in total 550€ (including turist taxes) for the worst room i never seen and a very bad and poor breakfast, but as one of the staff (Mónica) told me : "you are in Brienz". That means, That if you are looking for a nice hooliday you need a lot of money in your woolet...

Food was nicely cooked. I would stay there again, although next time in the main hotel rather than the B&B annexe, and for longer.

Review 31：The rooms we had were very small attic rooms with only the most basic of facility's. Shower and toilet were both in the same room and shared with other guests. Our room felt like a children's room with very small beds for our 5'7 frames.

Review 94：The shared bathroom and shared shower were near my bedroom, so when other people were using it I could hear quite loud the water running. The shower room had small spots of humidity fungus at the shower curtain and at the ceiling. The breakfast was very poor, having bread, a couple of cheeses, cereal, some fruit and jams; no egg, hams, salads, cakes or fresh juices. Nobody asked if the guests would like different coffee drinks, such as cappuccino, latte, etc.
Review 95：I stayed at the Bed & Breakfast part of the hotel only for two days. I had a parking place at all times. The hotel is direct at the train station, near all shops and you can have breakfast with a front view to the lake. The staff was very friendly and when I needed a hair dryer (not available in this type of room), they provided it.

However it was also on main road whichwas very noisy and you could hear the level crossing warning bells andtrains til about 1 am. Then at 6am delivery vans seemed to arrive at thehotel or next door Coop. Thursday morning the street cleaners were therebefore 6am. Rooms at back would be quieter but then you don't get theview from the balcony.

Review 98：The Location of the Hotel is very convinient, just opposite to the Brienz Train Station (around 20 min from Interlaken East). The Room was neat and clean. Extra bed required in case travelling with younger children. The breakfast is also good. Nearby store is also available.
