Review 1：The sink had a leak in the bathroom & the room was to cold. I picked this place because the picture seemed like it was a nice place to stay.
Review 2：The place is too old & I could hear the train. The whole place needs renovation.

Review 9：The staff was rude, claimed that booking.com messed up our reservations when we checked into a single queen room instead of a double, the bathroom door would not close, the shower handle came off once used, bed was very uncomfortable, and room smelled like bleach.

Review 13：The heater was terrible. On top of the rattling noise it continuously made when switched on, the temperature was either very cold or very hot. We didn't have any proper sleep. On top of that the rate booked via booking.com is more expensive than other websites. I booked another room at another hotel also via booking.com, and again the rate was as much as 30% higher than another website for the same type of room. Would not use booking.com to book my rooms from now on.

Hardwood floors make it colder in the room the heater was an old heater and built in the wall. I will spend the extra next time and go to a better hotel .

Review 24：I fell on the steps coming down from my room... the steps on the stairway dipped down and my boot sunk in the step and I twisted my ankle and fell down 2 steps. I was busy and did not have time to walk to your office, and also due to being in pain. Luckily I did have boots on. I could not call from the room due to no cord from the phone to the wall... I enjoyed my stay and did not want to complain but I do recommend new stable steps.

Review 26：Route 66 highway noise and railroad train noise, The hotel is built within a few feet of the highway and 20 yards from the railroad. I requested a room as far away as possible. The female staff, instead gave me room 206 which was only 6 units from the highway. When I asked again for a room far away, the staff member said "room 206 should not be a problem for you". Arrogant? You be the judge. When I insisted, she said there was no room available far away. This was in the evening and there were far fewer parked cars than number of rooms. I got very little sleep due to the noise. The faucet in the sink was broken so I had to shave with cold water the next morning when it was discovered.

Review 33：Strong smell of cleaner present in room. Handle on shower was loose and tile on floor of shower was cracked from the handle falling in the past. I reported this problem to the front desk. Pillows were thick and not comfortable for my wife. The motel had no other pillows to offer.

I arrived during normal hours but she said it would not have been a problem if I had arrived later. The shower is amazing- like standing under a warm waterfall. The rooms are clean and minimally furnished. There is a microwave and fridge. Also free WiFi is wonderful.

Review 93：The one big thing I did not like is the fact that they have a chair outside of every hotel room to sit and smoke. This promotes smoking and in my case I had a smoker to my left and right and unfortunately the smoke smell would come in my room whenever I opened the door.

Review 98：the staff would not even think about allowing us to check in 20 min early there was no one at the around the hotel so it was not like they where busy cleaning the place. the gap under the door was so bad we had to use the towels to seal it up. the toilet was like sitting on a rocking horse . had old ragged chairs sitting outside of each room for smokers to use . the management was standing just 3 rooms away from our door smoking and the smell was nasty . broken down trash cans had to be propped up with chairs and curbs.

The floor is smooth and clean, not a dirty rug. It had a larger size mini-fridge. It has a large digital tv with some hd channels. Bed was firm and comfortable. Incredible value at under $40.

We weren't expecting washing facilities or room service as we only paid $40 . The only thing some people may not like is that there is only a shower and no bath however this wasn't an issue for us at all
