Review 5：The place is really worth for money. Rooms are in very good condition, very clean, location was perfect. But what was the best in the hotel is staff. People working there are very kind, so helpful.

Review 6：1. If you are with a car, you will park it in front of the hotel, on the street. No private parking garage or so... 2. There isn't an aircon in the rooms, but you will not need it anyway on the 1800 meters above the sea level. Weather is never hot in Erzurum and during our stay it even rained and was cool... 3. Rooms are a little primitive and old. Not like those same-price hotels in touristic cities. But should suffice if you are staying for a night or two.

Review 7：Right after we arrived, we were offered tea. The man at the reception was very kind. As we knew Turkish we didn't have difficulties communicating.
