Review 1：My first room there was a dog 2 doors down that barked for 2 hrs. straight. The staff moved me to another room and even helped me pack and move into another room.
Review 2：Accommodations were roomy and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff at the desk and breakfast bar. Excellent value. I will stay there again on my next visit to Greensboro.

Review 6：What a pleasant surprise! The room is a suite with everything you could desire, including a small refrigerator and sink. Down blankets on all the beds. If you are not warm enough, request an extra down blanket and you will sleep in comfort.

Review 16：The staff was really great. The air conditioner in our room broke with a very loud pop. Maintenance responded within 5 minutes and we moved to another room in a few hours, after rooms were cleaned.

Review 19：The room was awesome, it's location to various restaurants and shopping was ideal. The whole facility that I could see was clean and neat at all times. My only dislike was the continental breakfast... However I can say this I would DEFINITELY stay there again without hesitation!
Review 20：Please simplify the way you set up charges on credit cards. I got a very rude call from my boss for a company credit card used in the transaction and I so far have been charged twice and haven't received a refund for the amount. Secondly in your "business center", It's 2015 not 2001. For the love of god please stop using Internet explorer or having that is the only option. People use Chrome for a reason.
Review 21：There were a few small issues with the room assignment and the bedding -however - each was resolved quickly and efficiently and they offered discounts and extras without us even asking.

Review 23：The room was spacious and clean. I liked the granite countertops and updated fixtures; the beds were extremely comfortable, and I liked the white bedspreads which felt clean. I liked and appreciated the carport at the entrance; it looks great and provided shelter from the rain. The rate was a good value. This is the 2nd Hyatt Place I have stayed in and I will return.

Review 29：We booked a double room initially by accident and then called to switch to a king and it was such an easy process. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent!
Review 30：The hotel was clean and neat, although certain areas were under construction. The breakfast was good. I did have a problem with my room key and the lock on my door and the desk staff and maintenance person were EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and responsive. When you are traveling and issues occur, a courteous and responsive staff tends to make the problem less of a problem and the staff here certainly stepped up.
Review 31：The noise from the renovations were horrendous. When I expressed that to staff the advised me that notification of the renovations were posted on there website and the reason I didn't get the notification was because I booked my room from a third party. Staff also stated that the renovations will be going on from 8-5 which was the same time I needed to rest. I was located on the second floor and renovations were taking place on the third floor directly above my room. The staff did offer to switch my room but it couldn't happen until the rooms were cleaned. So I ended up not sleeping and listening to a bunch of hammering and drilling for a day and a half until I was able to be moved to the fifth floor. I paid two hundred dollars to listen to a bunch of racket for the weekend instead of the deserved relaxation that I thought I was paying for without any offer of any type of compensation.
Review 32：The hotel is in the perfect area. Plenty of shopping, restaurant and bars close by.
Review 33：The bar on the lounge floor was not near as big and happening as what the pictures and description gave it. The shower room could have been slightly larger but was perfect for what we needed. Construction going on in the building to make it better, a little too noisy for my likes but if that's what makes this building better than it was worth sitting through.
Review 34：The rooms were roomy & comfortable. We were surprised that we had such a large bar area (bar sink, spacious counter & cold fridge), nice TV, clean rooms & clean pool. Staff member Eugene who drove our group locally was very friendly & went out of his way to help our group find out places in the area to go. He went to Hostees Amy who was just as wonderful to assist my friend & I the safest & best places to suit our nightly wishes.

Review 39：We had to change our room because the refrigerator did not work. We moved to a second room and the refrigerator was on "high" but it was not cold. We were able to get a brand new refrigerator within minutes. Also, the bathroom was not swept as it should have been, there was always long hair in the corners of the bathroom. Maybe it was swept and hair just fell from the person's head? That's always a possibility. The first night we got into bed I saw a long strand of hair! (Maybe a hair net should be worn.) The sheets looked clean, however, when you see hair and you shouldn't----it makes you wonder. Also in front of the bathroom sink, those carpet tiles should be replaced. The threads are worn away and it looks really bad.
Review 40：The hotel was in an area where there were plenty of stores and restaurants. It was also very close to the freeway because we visited othe parts of North Carolina to see family, friends and do some other activities. This made is so easy to travel to those destinations. The breakfast was great. I really liked those breakfast sandwiches. I liked the fresh grapefruit and cantalope, etc. I also liked the variety of herbal teas and hot water available. I am not a coffee drinker. My husband had the french toast and enjoyed it. I liked the seating arrangement and you had real plates and silverware. I have NEVER been to a hotel that had this for breakfast. I also was allowed to use these plates and silverware and take them to my room. We had bought some food with us and this really helped. The room was nice. The bed really comfortable. The TV was easy to see even from the bed. My allergies were bothering me and one day I spent in bed and being able to see the TV was helpful. I liked having a nice sink and refrigerator in the room. The shower had great water pressure. I used the shampoo and conditioner(which was a great detangler and it made my hair soft) at least twice. We had a king size bed, usually we get two twins, but now I think we will continue to book king. It was comfortable. Did not hurt my back being too soft or hard.
Review 41：I had booked the room for 6 nights, They the staff, made a mistake and were convinced I was checking out after 2 days.. I got back to my room,, someone had packed all my belongings and stuffed everything into my suitcase,, clothes shampoo, a bag of chips,, also amouthwash bottle with the lid loose.. guess what!!

Review 43：Breakfast was included and it was fine overall, but it could use some improvements. The scrambled eggs need some work and the fruit was not very fresh. They should serve tiny bagels in a variety of flavors, instead of the the larger ones. Get rid of the donuts and have some oatmeal or cheese instead.

Review 45：I've stayed at Hyatt Places before, this was my least favorite. I'm not sure I can explain way. I think it's mainly used by large traveling young groups, and to me that showed in the wear. On our stay there was a large group of high school kids that completely took over the lobby/breakfast area, they were loud, the hotel was under staffed for this, and breakfast was sub par. Would not stay here again. Also the price was high for single party travelers but I bet much cheaper for large groups.

Review 47：I just found for the price, we should of had maid service on day 2 of our stay. Our beds weren't made by the time we returned from the concert at 11 pm. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and the fixtures tarnished. It didn't come with a hair dryer, what I always thought was a standard feature. The staff when we arrived late at night were not friendly and it appeared that we were bothering them. We were across from the maintenance /housekeeping room so sleeping in after a long drive from Canada did not happen. It was very noisy. All in all it served it's purpose but for the price??? WE could have paid less at the super 8 and still had our room at least cleaned during our stay.

Review 98：The staff was very friendly & helpful. We liked the layout of the room-king bed with sectional sofa with small divider. My sister and I shared the bed while my daughter slept comfortably on the sofa (my sister & I slept 3 to a bed as kids so this was definitely more comfortable!). We also liked dining area: spread out yet cozy with different areas for guest to eat privately & comfortably amongst other visitors. Very pleasant stay, overall.
Review 99：There was a team of young soccer players that were allowed to run up and down the hall by whoever was keeping watch over them until as late as 1030 p.m. not very romantic since this was a weekend getaway for me and my hubby both nights that we stayed we knew when they got back because they started running down the hall ways plus there was a dog barking quite a bit.

She felt as though he may have been trying to findan empty room to "crash" to have his lunch. He immediatelyapologized and exited the room with his styrofoam to go container inhand. Our stay was themost pleasant, unassuming, non-incidental stay we have ever experiencdin a hotel. Our family attended a family reunion that was hosted inGreensboro, our first time in the city and to have our hotel staff sowarm and welcoming, truly made it nice. I needed directions to severalplaces during my stay and Janelle took the time to print out thedirections provided via mapquest for us (while assisting other guestof the hotel at the same time). I needed directions to the nearestbank and she provided us that as well as when we were late forbreakfast to meet with the rest of the reunion clan, again Janelle tothe rescue in providing us with the restaurant's location. Grantedwe only stayed for 24 hours, but within that time we enjoyed ourrelaxing experience. Upon our arrival, as out-of-towners needed a"place at the Inn" per se we arrived three hours earlierthan our scheduled check-in time all the while keeping incommunication with the hotel staff via booking.com, we were allowed tocheck-in to our rooms early, affording us an opportunity to freshen upbefore the 3pm family reunion start time.
