Review 2：Incompetence of staff at check in. It took 30 mins to book into hotel as receptionist was unable to use or see the computer screen. Could not find UK on computer and was unable to use the mouse to scroll down the screen. Breakfast was ok but little choice

In my stay (November) the heating was not working and the rooms was very cold. Internet connection though cable worked perfectly. Location in the centre is almost perfect. Parking is for free.
