Review 1：French fries were fried in same oil with fish so the fries tasted fishy.

Review 2：Very clean, quiet and roomy. Nice deep bath tub to soak. Nice lighting, desk setting equipped for the business traveler. Fainting couch was good for reading and relaxing. Heated toilet seat was a nice addition.

Review 3：AC wasn't working, so we had to change rooms, although staff was helpful about it. Not enough light in bathroom to do makeup. Only one caffeinated coffee pod in a double occupancy room (WHHYYYYYY), and room service coffee delivery didn't start until 7am, so one of us had to go without coffee.

Review 4：Beautifully decorated hotel, very comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful. Gym has windows! Next door to a great Japanese grocery store. Convenient parking.

Dissppointment to a seasoned traveler with expectations far beyond what was offered with so many choices. Will not choose to stay here again simply because lack of customer service!

Review 21：EVERYTHING!... ...From the softest bedding & bed in town... to the amazing shower experience with all the high-end toiletries & amenities to be found! We LOVE this HOTEL! The staff is incredibly NICE & helpful. And the rooms are impeccably clean. Review 24：This hotel is not in the downtown, but if you drive, i think it doesn't really matter. they have free parking, which is right across the street. There is a plalza with many restaurants behind the hotel, which is walking distance. Room is nice and clean, people are helpful.

Review 26：When I am in Torrance, I stay at this hotel. The best part of the stay this time was that my room got upgraded to a suite. The room was on the top floor and so spacious and clean. Their deep bathtub is what I come back for. Mitsuwa Japanese market is right ion front of the hotel and restaurants are walking distance so the location is convenient.

There are tons of good Japanese restaurants within walking distance, and if one do not like to venture out, there is an excellent restaurent at the hotel lobby even a spa for the ladies.
