Review 1：Funky old converted house, dingy carpets and overpowering automated air freshener spray in hallways made us nauseated.
Review 2：Offered three queen sized beds. Plentiful supply of clean towels and toiletries.
Review 3：Swimming pool temperature of pool was set at 75 degrees but to us that was too cool.

Review 23：I called a day before to check on reservation and the person I spoke to was rude and in a hurry, if she wasn't able to talk with me then she should not have answered the phone. When I arrived the front lady was nor pleasant nor rude, just doing her job. I think there was people living in the hotel because they put me in a room next to people who were hanging out in their car at all hours, loud, and were coming and going all night, working on their bike in front of room, etc. I think they should put hotel guests in one location and those who are living there in a different location. It felt a bit sketchy.
Review 24：First of all the location to the main road through Seaside is great, it's a block away. The bed was comfortable, and the rate was fair.
Review 25：Very old and rundown. Patch job "fixes". Smells musty and damp. I didn't want to take off my shoes on the carpet. We had a sink with a leaky pipe. No AC. Not enough parking for all rooms.

It's located right next to the office, so that's why they save it for last...Anyway, my first morning, the plumbing in the shower began BANGING loudly in the wall as I was *in* the shower. Didn't affect the temp/pressure, but it *did* startle me. Turned out there was air in the pipes and I had no further problems the rest of the week. Minor thing, overall. ;o]

The fridge in said suchbreeze way had quite a smell inside of it discouraging any thought ofusing it... Funky!!! The coffee left in my room was only decaf. I askedthe cleaning person that was next door if she had and coffee packetsthat weren't decaf and she smiled at me and acted like shedidn't understand me so I repeated the question but this time inespanol and she didn't understand. I'm really not sure if shewas just playing stupid or she had no idea that there was a differencebetween caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. Here's the strangething! At about 3:15 in the afternoon my son and I were on the beach andI noticed I had just missed a call. The call was from the Manager of theMotel demanding I move my Jeep because they wanted to photograph theMotel and didn't want my vehicle in the photo. The guy was kindarude sounding on the message and I thought the request was hands downthe most unorthodox request I have ever heard come from a proprietor ofan establishment to a guest and the way the manager went about hisrequest was both completely inhospitable as well as ill manured. I chosenot to even entertain the request with a return call. Making such ademand when you have a No Vacancy sign on with the town just packed andat peak time is just plain weird. I give this Motel 3 dots only becauseof the value. I paid $84.00 a night and the next cheapest room I couldfind in town was nearly $200.00 a night. Had I paid much more I wouldhave given it 2 dots. Had I not got the strange message and a stinkyfridge, I would have given it 4 dots.
Review 85：First of all the front desk staff were completely wonderful. My son andI had arrived a bit early and though they were unable to let me check inearly they allowed us to leave our car there and called us as soon asour room was ready. The motel is an old school kind of place only blocksfrom anything you would want to do in Seaside. The beach, shops, kidsactivity's, places to eat, yadda yadda, are all steps away.
Review 86：I thought that for the age and maintnance of the buildings the price was high. Found for $14.00 a night more could have stayed at ebb tide on beach and appears to be much nicer and included continental breakfast. Nicer landscape.

Review 114：The staff was so amazing. My boyfriend, our 2 kids(5, 9), my mother and I all stayed in the family suite. It was spacious, comfortable and a screaming deal! It's nothing fancy, but it's not bad either. It was enjoyable enough that I came back 2 weeks later with my best friend, her 2 kids, my kids and I. We got a different room, but the same service and comfort.

Review 124：I had to go to front desk for blow dryer, something I've come to expect in any motel. The facility is dated and the kitchenette had plumbing problems in the sink, with water difficult to turn all the way off and handles turning wrong direction.
Review 125：I got this reservation only a couple days before going to Seaside. The rate was fabulous and my adult daughter and I each had our own rooms for sleeping. There were double beds in each, a very comfortable sitting area, flatscreen tv, and very functional complete kitchen. It worked great for us, and was very satisfactory.
Review 126：Extremely loud families (yelling, screaming, profanity, WWF style wrestling noises) in multiple different rooms (but all together as a party). Contacted front desk employee, noise continued. Contacted people in the room next to us, noise continued. The next day, the night person admitted that he never did go speak to the families, and the manager stated she heard them being loud ALL night, but chose to not address it. We were moved and upgraded to a suite the next day, which was nice of them, but unfortunately the people above us had small children who jumped, ran and used the dining room chairs (on rollers) as race cars, until after 11:30 pm. We left exhausted. The other odd thing is the slatted vents that are next to each window - they are completely open to the outside, with wood cabinet style doors on hinges, that do not fully cover the openings. I had to jamb bathroom towels in the gaps (of 1" or more) to keep cold air from coming in. Indoor pool is tiny and cloudy.
