Review 1：This is an amazing value for the money. It's located in a fairly quiet area and was perfect for getting a good nights sleep on a through road trip. Its very plain but fully adequate! PS: Gasoline prices are very high in Needles - fill up on the Arizona side if your traveling east-west.
Review 2：The room is a bit out-dated, poor craftsmanship (working in construction industry, I have high standards) and old but clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but sheets had holes in them.
Review 3：Process was flawless as far as booking online and checking in as well as checking out. The gentleman working the front desk was pleasant.
Review 4：Heating/AC didn't work well. It would constantly reset to 75 degrees and only run for a few minutes. Never did get the room to cool down much.

Review 17：I stayed there last month, and that room was large, remodeled and very cleans , and an extra sink There were a few full time residence with there junk cars in the parking lot. This time , the room was outdated, air conditioner noisy and didn't cool the room. The full time tenants hang around in the parking lot, 0r in the pool area.

Needles unfortunately ,has lost numberous businesses in the past years . However, this motel is very close to to the river , and Marina . The location is perfect if you have a boat to launch into the river, It was nice to drive less than a mile to meet up with family/ friends that have boats...

Review 32：We were on the way to California from Arizona. Hotel located perfectly, not much detour, friendly staff that waited up for us even though it was late. HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was sanitized and very clean looking. We slept great!

Refrigerator was unplugged and standing open, so took an hour before could use it. Had to fill out registration form by hand, even though all the same information had been provided when registering online.

The room was relatively large and had been updated recently, the motel is one story so you don't have to worry about having an elephant stomping around overhead. The room had a small refrig and microwave, hair dryer and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable The staff was pleasant and was able to offer advice on where to eat. For the price of the room, one probably can't expect a continental breakfast to be included.

This is an older facility and might not be the choice for a special occasion, but it is clean and worked fine for a place to rest and refresh while on a road trip.
Review 64：The motel is old, and has its warts. The door was hard to close enough to get it to latch, the drapes were in poor shape and the WiFi was slow.

Review 82：I have to admit, my expectations weren't very high for the River Valley Inn mainly because the price was so low. I was beyond surprised by what we got when we arrived. From the exterior, it looks like an older motel, but we found that our king room was very spacious and seemed recently remodled. The large room had a nice sized bathroom and a kitchenette area. The bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant stay. Our room was very hot when we arrived, however, so we went to dinner and left the air conditioner at full blast in the hopes it would be cool by the time we returned. Honestly, for the price, this place can't be beat!
Review 83：In that part of west, there can be dodgy fellow travelers. Some looked like rough trade, just off the highway, although we only stayed one night, not long enough for there to be any problems. Wanted to be closer to the river, actually.
