Review 1：Even though we had a problem with our bathroom...toilet not flushing...The response time was prompt. We couldn't fault anyone as the matter was taken seriously to our satisfaction.

Review 6：The hotel is absolutely stunning inside and out side, the rooms are to die for, stunning chandeliers, massive bed dressed for a queen and a beautiful bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower and double sinks!! Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel restaurant the food was amazing!! We were only there for one night but wished it was longer!! By far one of the most beautiful decorated hotels I have ever been in!!
Review 7：The fact that payment with American Express was only accepted at a full 7% price penalty, without prior communication during the booking process, which is unacceptable in this price range. Also, when advertising with a four-course champagne breakfast, you should not charge the guest extra for a simple cappucino. It feels cheap. Finally - of course a matter of taste - the decoration style of this hotel is totally over the top. Layer after layer of pillows on the bed, but if you want an anti-allergic pillow - guess what - you have to pay extra.

Review 36：I was issued with a letter accusing me of removing towels from the room. I had no interest in taking any towels from the room. I have handed over the letter to my lawyer.

Review 38：Hygiene both in the rooms and kitchen.I requested a replace for sanitary towels on day two, had to use toilet papers. On my last day breakfast had human hair at least I didn't vomit as a nurse worse I had to demand an apology.
