Review 1：Location , dingy and smelly room, price
Review 2：There was nothing to like about this place, and if it wasn't for the fact that we were tired after the long drive , we wouldn't stay there. They should pay the guests to stay there !

Review 13：I've travelled extensively throughout the United States and can say that Springs Inn was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Dirty and in need of a refurbishment - don't stay there.

Review 16：Excellent location and staff who are very helpful and friendly. Due to the previous customer taking away the key, the owner came and replaced the lock almost immediately after we checked in. Great service.
Review 17：Door knob was wobbly and dirty. Curtains were broken and wouldn't close. The carpet was filthy and fraying everywhere. The electrical outlets were broken. The one bed was broken and 6 to 8 inches lower than the other, depending on what part. 1/2 of the items stated available were not in the room or available. Pool was tarped the whole time, no ironing board, or iron, or alarm clock, or hairdryer, etc (but there were signs that if any of these are missing we would be charged for them!). etc.

Review 19：The sheets and shower had hairs in/on them. It said newly remodeled, but walls and ceilings had water stains and cracks. Bathroom wad out of the 1950's.

Review 29：We had to all for clean towels aftet the 2nd night. The owner claimed we were asked if needed service & said we did not. We were gone before they got to our room, so how could we say that we did not need service? We had the dirty totals sitting right inside the door so if they had looked, they would have seen this.

There was no plug outlets for refrigerator or microwave,filthy, dirty, and disgusting toilet seat that had stains all over. Itwas obvious this was an old , unchanged seat!! I was in the bathroom ,onthe toilet when a motel worker entered my room with a key!!! I screamedfor her to get the hell out of my room, as it was not check-out time.The cheesy, miserly would not give me a discount for the sub-par room.Oh, did I mention the 1967 torn up curtains that are also missing hookshanging in the windows!! Smh You would find better lodging at a homelessshelter!! Don't waste your time or money on this pitiful, onit's last leg dump!!

The "Neighbors" are very friendly as long as you enjoy strangers judging your children & counting everytime you go get ice. Not to mention, we all enjoy random people sitting at our doors conversing ver loudly where you are fully able to hear details.

Review 47：The whole motel smelled of smoke inside and out. It was taken over by welfare people and the staff did not enforce the non-smoking rule. Do not stay here unless you are a smoker.
Review 48：The location is a little risky. Felt kind of like you were in the worst part of town - lots of homeless coming and going around the area. Rooms did not look like the pics that are portrayed. If you are just going to stay a night - would be okay. We had booked a week - looked good on the website. Just not in person.

Then was waken at 11pm by some crazy person knocking on the door and in the morning two of my children got bed bugs! Dont stay here ever.....

Review 59：Did not get my $49 room they were "over sold by Booking.com", according to owner so I had to pay for a king room at $20 more per night. Room had a odor as so as we walked in. Fridge was unplugged and open, when we plugged in we checked and found 3 thawed minute meals in freezer. Bed frame was broken and sloped down towards head. Window AC unit couldn't be set above 4 or it would ice over and stop blowing air. Twice the next room tripped the breaker to our desk lamps and alarm clock(with no battery back up). It felt like some of the other guests in the motel were long term and definitely made themselves at home. Not too fond of the part of town this place is. Also not sure which rooms were pictured but we definitely did not have one of those.

Review 126：Staff are very invested in guest satisfaction. The property is lovely - like being invited into someone's private oasis or lavish compound. The security features are reassuring and help one feel safe. Despite its low cost, the rooms are impeccably maintained and you can tell they are trying really hard to run a good hotel.
