Review 1：No hot coffee/tea water available in late afternoon. Also, being on 6th floor with dogs made going up and down steps instead of using central elevator challenging.

Review 19：One of two elevators was broken and there isn't a separate service elevator, so in a one night stay, we squeezed in with housekeeping on more than one occasion. This was a minor annoyance amongst all other areas in which this hotel excels. I definitely recommend the Meridian Drury!

Review 20：The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a cocktail hour and free first drink voucher for guests. The bed was very comfortable and the king room was spacious. We'll definitely return our next time in Meridian!

Review 22：I don't like that they allow animals in the hotel. I saw so many people with dogs no cats. This is not people home I don't like the idea that I have to go in a room behind where 5 cats have stayed. Really!! What kind of cleaning gets done behind that.

Review 26：SUITE WAS VERY ROOMY AND QUIET. LOVED THE RECLINER AND CAME IN VERY HANDY AS OTHER GUEST HAD SEVERE BACK ISSUES AND HAD TO SLEEP IN THE RECLINER. LOVED ALL THE COUNTER SPACE AND THE GENERAL LAYOUT OF THE ROOM. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT A DRURY HOTEL AGAIN!

Review 35：It had a very bad smell. I probably wouldn't stay there because of the smell. If you don't like bad musty smells it was a nice place to stay. The shampoo in the dispenser was like washing your hair with water.

Review 36：It was so nice after a long days drive not to have to go out to eat. The evening meal was good as was the breakfast. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very impressed with the hotel. .

Review 37：A fire alarm went off at 4:50 am. We were on the 5th floor in the far back. Our dog had been active & growling 30 mins before this so we took the alarm very seriously. No one would answer the front desk phones. After 20 mins of trying and frantically packing, I decided to call the main number from my cell. It was answered immediately by a very unconcerned man. Later that same man laughed at my distress and made light of the situation. We have a close friend who was burned 70% in a work related accident. It changed all of our lives, we take fire very seriously. It was handled very unprofessionally.

Review 38：I love the Drury! It is easy to locate right off of I-20. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and kick back is a nice touch however the food choices could use some upgrading.

Review 41：Love the Drury but our last stay was interrupted by a fire alarm being pulled at 5 am. We were on the 5th floor in the very back. No one would answer the front desk phones. Several frantic minutes passed before I thought to use my cell to call the front desk. They answered immediately and acted like it was no big deal. We have a dear friend who was burnt in a fire over 70% of his body. We take fire extremely seriously. Our dog had been restless and trying to get us up for about 20 mins, even growling at the door only mins before the alarm went off so we thought there truly might be a fire. Staff tried to laugh and blow it off. This was not a laughing matter. I'm very disappointed.

Review 111：The hotel it self was very nice. It wasn't until we got into our room that the experience changed. There was hair in both beds and a wadded hair ball on one of the pillows. After being transferred to another room (bigger) we experienced the same. It was very disappointing. The staff was as nice as could be though.
