Review 1：The owners are very, very helpfull. Available more or less night and day. Space of the room and quality of the bathroom are far more than average. Good WiFi, 5min walking distance to the city center/old town. 15min to the railway station, via Partizanska street recommended.

Review 6：It was very hard to find with our GPS, house numbering is misleading, so I would recommend using exact coordinates instead of address - we had to drive three (!) times round the block till we found this Penzion. There is no apparent sign on the house and it is hard to drive back as it is located in one-way street. There is no tea/coffee making facilities (kettle and cups would be fine). No fridge and kitchenette. Check-in formalities took very much time.
Review 7：Excellent location - in the heart of the city, Billa shop is nearby. Spacious rooms. Parking is quite cramped, but it is free and looks to be safe.
Review 8：it was very nice as soon as i seen it and the room i got was lovely and Veronika was very nice and helpful when i asked her questions about the property and i would definately stay here again withoui question.
Review 9：The hotel doesn't have a reception and they make you go through a nearby casino and travel agency to pay and get / give the keys. It was confusing, didn't look trustworthy and made us feel uncomfortable.

They tried to fix things but this is not a way to treat travellers . I am a very experienced traveller therefore I managed despite the hardship I suggest that when you want us to write abouta place,do not give only the name, but the address-the city not the full address will be enough

Review 42：Superb owners - we arrived later than planned (blame Slovakian railways) and, unknowingly, on a national holiday when many restaurants close (how is that supposed to work?). At 9.15 p.m., we were accompanied on a ten minute trip across town to direct us to one of the few restaurants open - fantastic service.Everything else good or excellent.

Review 45：Banksa Bystrica suffers visually with incredible amounts of graffiti. The Penzion at first glance gives one cause for pause. But only 200 meters to the town square makes a big difference. The town elders need to clean it up some. But don't get me wrong the Penzion 44 would get another visit from us.

Review 47：Very friendly owner of the hotel met us in the early morning and get us check in nevertheless that check in time was 15.00. Moreover we were in details explained about all cafees, shops and so on in the town. They prepared a special map even. The room was clean, comfortable and calm. There is a private parking.
Review 48：The exterior gate, leading to the hotel looked a little sketchy due to some graffiti and other nearby commerce but the hotel itself was inside the gate and had a nice, clean appearance.
