Reviews for Quality Inn Flagstaff
Review 1:The place was pretty gross. Lobby smelled weird, tons of stains on the carpet, stains on towels. It was tidy but not clean. Yuck! I would definitely never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
Review 2:The staff was very friendly.
Review 3:This hotel is filthy and it smells horrible to the point it made me nauseous. I would not let my children brush their teeth, take off their socks or shower in this hotel. I was grateful we only had a 9 hour stay. The half-pillows were lumpy and the bed sagged. One of the front desk staff was pleasant the other needs to learn manners. The breakfast is served in the cold lobby, we did not eat there. I would not recommend this "Quality" Inn to anyone. Do yourself a favor and spend a extra dollars to stay somewhere else.
Review 4:Nothing
Review 5:The beds were very comfortable, rooms were really big and although they are close to Milton, it was very quite. We were there during NAU graduation weekend, so we know the hotel was busy and still we hear nothing all night. It is dated, but that was no surprise to us based on price and pictures. I have stayed at much higher priced hotels that look great, and had horrible nights.
Review 6:The heating unit in our room needed repair. Every time it turned on it made a very loud grinding noise for about 5 seconds, waking us up every hour or so through the night. I'm hopeful t's been repaired by now.
Review 7:Location is immediately upon arrival into Flagstaff off I-17, and very close to the NAU campus. We went for the NAU graduation so was perfect for us.
Review 8:Although our bed was ok it could have been a bit better.
Review 9:Good location, friendly helpful nice staff. Rooms a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. Good value for rate we paid.
Review 10:The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The price was a little high for a basic hotel.
Review 11:The location is very convenient. The staff is nice. Pretty good breakfast.
Review 12:The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were too small. I did not get any rest the first night and woke up w/stiff neck. My daughter found blood stain on a towel and the other 2 towels there were thin. I had to request more than a set for the four of us.
Review 13:Location is good for restaurants, and shopping. The free breakfast was really good. I expected traditional continental breakfast like most, but this was indeed full meal!!
Review 14:Climbing stairs for real!
Review 15:If you could eat without restrictions, the breakfast looked good. If you need your own food, no fridge is a problem. I had to throw my food away.
Review 16:Place smelled musty and soon as you opened door to Lobby. Beds could have been more comfortable.
Review 17:The room was clean. The breakfast and service there was excellent!
Review 18:The shower head is about a foot too low for me. I'm 6 feet tall.
Review 19:Fast internet, great breakfast and perfect location. I always stay here on my weekend trips from the Grand Canyon.
Review 20:Reception a little disappointing giving me wrong hotel number in an emergency situation.
Review 21:Hotel we were meant to be in had to be cancelled in dreadful emergency.
Review 22:The breakfast was ok, I have had worse in the US. The scrambled eggs were from a mix instead of fresh.
Review 23:The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The walls are very thick and it was pretty quiet. The only time I heard someone else was when a man was talking on his cell phone very loudly. I called the front desk and they said they would call him......instantly quiet. We never tried the pool but it looked fresh, the water wasn't murky. The staff was very friendly. When we first arrived I didn't want to stay the 7 nights we ordered because I could smell old smoke in the building even though it is now non-smoking. They had just shampooed all the carpets on the other side and so I think they were working on the odor. We did stay the whole 7 nights.
Review 24:Room was not clean, only partial bath towels, wash cloths. Key cards only worked "occasionally". Breakfast was being prepared on bar counter in breakfast room (not the cleanest place). For the price, Not good!
Review 25:This place needs updating. It's been there for over 40 years andthings haven't changed much. The rooms smell moldy. The decor isfrom the 70s, I'm pretty sure it's the same carpet from theearly 80s. Dirty, dirty, dirty. The refrigerator sounded like asubmarine - all night!Linens are pathetic and worn out. Definitely not worth what they are charging! Don't stay here. This place needs to be boycotted until they update everything.
