Review 1：Extremely nice, educated, discreet and polite staff. I had a problem with my credit card and couldn't pay at the moment. The girl in the reception was so kind and understanding seeing my distress of the situation. We had our flight back very late in the evening, so the staff let us leave our luggage in the hotel, while visiting Malmö all day, this for free. MHotel in center but still very very quiet. Nespresso & tea free at any time.

Review 2：In the breakfast room, there were ready-made sandwiches instead of the standard buffet. The room was small and this was a very smart move. The sandwiches were beautifully made, and with several choices, and you didn't have the common line-up. Everything was organic (I think). I asked the staff if they had anything gluten-free there, she said no, but immediately said, with a friendly smile, "I can make some for you, what would you like on them?" And she came to my seat with beautifully made sandwiches and also asked if I would be there the next day (which I wouldn't). I'm impressed, that's excellent service!

Review 3：Traffic noise bothered me. And neighbours slamming door in the middle of the night. Would have liked a slice of ham too for breakfast.

Review 7：The choice for breakfast is very limited. It is a nice attention to prepare all sandwiches and I guess it avoids food waste but it doesn't give enough alternatives if there are some ingredients you don't like or if you have allergies.

Review 13：The room and bed were small. I booked the room for two person but just one set of towel was provided in the room. However, it can be requested. The staffs were nice but they should know more useful information for the tourists such as how can they use public transport.

Review 19：Room is very small, almost the entire space is taken up by the bed, which is more 1.5 bed than a double bed. OK for one person, not sure how two people are supposed to fit in. The only place to put your suitcase is on the floor by the door. Weird noises originating from the bathroom area. Wifi not very strong, but acceptable.

Review 20：Location was excellent, very close to the station, and walking distance to other points of interest in Malmo. Room was ready a little earlier than the official check-in time. Room was clean. Heated bathroom floor. Good value for money. Will stay again.

Review 25：Only overhead shower which means getting your hair wet, or have to hold the shower head in hand as there is no fixing point to where you can attach it other than initial which is at knee level.

Review 26：Due to the proximity of Malmo central station, and the fact that the hotel is near a road intersection, it can be a little bit noisy during the day,but apart from that no other disadvantages of the place. :)

Review 27：The staff was really helpful and they try their best to be of assistance. The breakfast is nice, lots of delicious sandwiches, juice, tea etc. The single rooms are small but convenient and they offer sufficient space and comfort, if you are looking for a relatively short stay. The opportunity to take a bike for free and explore the city is also a great feature, especially if you have limited amount of time.

Review 28：It was boiling hot in the room and the air conditioning did not work. The window was broken and would not open. I was slowly roasting in my room. The staff were rude and unfriendly. They were patronising and stated all the hotel was suffering with the heat. Eventually, a woman came up to my room and opened a window - openly displaying this as an inconvenience to her. But the male staff member was even ruder and told me he could not help me because his shift had finished - and walked out of my room. Breakfast consisted of a few dry ready made sandwiches.

Review 43：I booked a single room which I discovered was 10 square meters with bathroom included. These rooms are named "concept rooms". I upgraded for 20 € more to a regular room which was fine. Suggestion: be carefull about these "concept rooms".

But all there was available was ready made open faced sandwiches nothing that you could make your own, no bread, cereal, fruit or veggies or anything but the open faced sandwiches. Most disappointing as I would much prefere making my own so we can pick what we like not what they like.

Review 96：I loved my stay here! Right across the street from Malmo Central Station, it is easy for visitors to find. I was visiting for a conference at Malmo University, and it was less than 10 mins away on foot. It was also a quick walk (<10 mins) to Lilla Torg and a great starting point for other day trips. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We also thought that the breakfast was excellent and very much enjoyed the coffee. The fact that the hotel offered complimentary Nespresso coffee was a real plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when under pressure with many guests arriving simultaneously. We also thought that the free bike hire was an ingenious idea, and contributed to why we chose the hotel in the first place. Despite the room being compact, the bed was very comfortable and the room was well equipped.

Review 119：It was so close to the railway station; I also liked the free tea and coffee and the breakfast which, on a warm summer's day such as when I stayed there, could be taken outside in the courtyard.

Review 134：This is one of the most beautiful hotel experiences I've had. The decor is beautifully quirky, a delight to the eye. Everything is clean, the food is good, the room is small but functional, the view overlooking the canal and Central Station is beautiful and most of all the bed was one of the best I've slept in ever. The staff are very accommodating and I had a wonderful experience of the town riding a complimentary hotel bicycle - the only way to fly in this beautiful town.

Review 135：I got a room on the 2nd floor with the garden view. However this garden view meant that my window opened directly out to the patio where breakfast was served. While the bottom half of the window was tinted, I felt a little uncomfortable as it seemed that the higher floors would have an excellent view into my little room. Nothing drawing the curtains didn't solve though.

Review 136：The room, while small, was efficiently designed and not very claustrophobic at all. The bed was huge for 1 person and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good. I liked the free bike rental option though I was unfortunate to be in town on the same day as some event, leading to a shortage of bikes early in the morning.
