Review 1：SOME ROOMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED, BUT YOU ASKED THE STAFF AND THEY CAME ASAP.THE SUITES ARE BEATIFULL AND WELL DECORATED, THE WAY TO THE CINEMA WAS TOTALLY IN THE DARK, NO LIGHTS WORKING

Review 3：muy buena decoracion, el personal muy eficiente y cordial, habitacion grande con cama muy comoda. El desayuno es muy bueno y tambien la piscina. Fuimos en un momento de mucho calor y la temperatura del hotel era ideal a pesar de que los techos son altos y los ambientes grandes hay aire acondicionado en todos lados. Me gusto mucho

Review 4：The main problem is that it is not a 5 stars hotel. That creates an expectation on the client is not satisfied. I guess the SPA raised the number of stars. But the breakfast, the restaurant, the service (we were 1 ½ to allocate us a room), poor parking, etc., are not 5 star. The price-service ratio is appropriate because none are 5 stars.
