Review 1：Condition of rooms is poor, with insects. The level of the hotel with 4 stars and price for the rooms do not match real quality. Located far from the center

(A guest was in the bed when we entered the room) Then we got a new room in about 15mins There was only 2 gowns for a family of 4 in the beginning. They couldn't provide a receipt at checkout, due to some problems. They promised to send it later by email but after many mails/calls I still didn't receive it. Number of TV channels were very limited.
