Review 1：People generally staying in nicer hotels will be disappointed in the service here. For the 4 days I stayed the room was not made up, towels refreshed or bathroom cleaned, no toiletries and you have to ask for towel and toilet paper. The service is generally indifferent, with the hotel being run by a group of teenage boys who would rather look at their smartphones than pay you any service. There was one or two staff who were friendly but the head breakfast waiter was rude and smug, fluent spanish speakers had a frustrating time, although breakfast was fresh and decent, asking for anything, including waiting for 15 minutes for toast while your eggs get cold is met with smirks. But that seems to be the general attitude of staff in Copacabana and Bolivia generally. For a great priced no frills meal of trout, with exception service head to the furthest roof top restaurant along the beach just past the main intersection.
Review 2：Beautiful hotel located on the shores of lake Titicaca with breathtaking views of the lake. Arriving in Copacabana for new years eve everything was booked up except for this hotel which was way over my flashpacker budget, but I lashed out. The room was huge, with panoramic views and the most amazing sunsets and vista to wake up to. That's what you are paying for, and considering this, it is great vale for money, but if you don't get a balcony room you will be disappointed.
Review 3：The price is very elevated compared with others hotels in copacabana (5x) There is no box at the shower , the bathroom got really wet althoug the shower was hot. The pillow was horrible, big and hard. One of the staff was rude but Martha was very kind and polite and helped us.
Review 4：The location could not be better, you can see very nice sunsets from your bed and it is front of the pier where you get the boats to Isla del Sol (sun island). It was hot shower, the hotel is beautiful with pictures and arts of Bolivia. BreakfAst was good with pieces of fruit , eggs and juice, coffe or tea.
Review 5：We reserved one day beforehand only to see that our room was already given to another couple. When we arrived at the reception, there was another group of people who where in the same situation--their reservation had been given to other guests and the personnel recommended a stay at another hotel. We were offered another room for the same price--although the room did not have the view on the lake like the one we originally reserved. We are unable to understand why there is the possibility to make reservations if the rooms will be given to other people anyway.
Review 6：the bathroom is with some electric wires near to any water arrival. I understand it's needed to warm-up the water but it's kind of weird when you take your shower and see electrical wires all over the place.

Review 16：After entering our room (120) we immediately extended our stay - huge room and bathroom, balcony and the most impressive view of Lake Titicaca. The staff spoke limited English, but we're very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was simple, but enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.
