Review 1：I really enjoyed my three night stay. The hotel lobby and room were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not use the restaurant, but the complementary coffee in the lobby was very good. 2nd floor had a great view of a very large and very clean pool; would be great for summer!! Excellent value!

Review 2：Room was clean. Well kept facilities. Staff was friendly. Had buffet breakfast at adjoining restaurant, The Checkerboard. Food was very good. Coffee needs to be improved. Wait staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Buffet breakfast was $8.99 but it should be $7.99 for hotel guests that do not pay regular room rate. Hotel guests who pay regular room rate receive complimentary buffet breakfast.

Review 3：I really didn't find anything bad to say about the place.

Review 4：The staff is outstanding, honest and very helpful. My son left his tablet in the room and a staff member ran through the rain to catch us before we could leave the grounds. It was a good room, clean and comfortable and at a very good price.

Review 7：I didn't realize pets stay here. Walked in room and it had horrible urine odor. Clerk gave me a different room and it was ok, but she made a sarcastic remark about my complaint. I would pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time.

Review 9："Breakfast buffet 6 - 10 All you can eat pancakes" is what the main hotel sign reads. Very deceptive. Went to the main lobby to find the breakfast room. Was not greeted by a friendly face, but by a rude old man who looked at us like we wete white trash and arrogantly scolded us informing us that there was no continental breakfast, but would cost $8.00, each, in the "restaurant". What Restaurant? There was no indication of a restaurant or a price on the hotel sign. Seems more like intentional, misleading advertising.

Review 22：Showed up after a 10 hour drive, showed up around midnight or 1 or 2 in morning, i was so tired i dont really remember....anyway i show up on July 2nd no one else around and i was thinking i can checkin real fast and get to bed soon (especially since I did it all online like 30 minutes earlier)...i was informed as soon as i showed up that I would have to wait atleast 15 minutes cause they were doing an audit....I was like can you not just do a paper checkin and input whenever your computer lets you or photocopy id, anything?....apparently this isnt possible anymore due to the fact people cannot do anything with paper anymore...needless to say they didnt even try to speed up the process or anything so I left....I wasnt happy and ended up staying at a very shady hotel....atleast they got me in quickly!

Review 23：The only thing I didnt like was, in order to recieve houskeeping services, you have to be present in the room or put some sign on your door. But there was no sign, we were gone so needless to say we got NO housekeeping services. I never heard such....why I have to be there. And before my arrival ensure that each room have the signs.

There was an issue at check in where they did not have the reservation from Booking.com according to the lady at the desk. What was irritating is that she would not do anything to assist and stated "we do not deal with Booking.com, you have to call them". Then she went back to a personal phone call while I called Booking.com.

Review 33：The room was literally falling apart (curtains falling down, bed frame cracked, & huge gashes on the furniture). Everything was disgusting! There was mold ALL over the fridge, stains on the lamp shades, bugs everywhere, & soap scum over the entire shower & tub. The front desk staff could not or would not help in ANY way (would not switch our room, give our money back, or even apologize)!

Review 36：I have stayed four nights a week for three weeks to date. The bed is comfortable and there is a desk large enough for me to work. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are clean and in good working condition. The room even has a comfortable recliner and reading lamp along with flat screen TV.

Review 37：Poor poor breakfast bar. Orange juice, coffee and cinnamon roll available. Milk was empty and you had to get bread out of bread bag for toast who knows what hands had touched it in the bag. No peanut butter for the toast anyway. Bed was cheap but clean. Small 24x24 fridge on floor. No microwave.

Review 40：I don't know what their usual rates are, but we got a king for a night for $59 through Booking.com. For that price, it was a really good deal. Clean room, the usual economy amenities, very helpful and friendly staff. At that rate, I'd definitely return.
