Review 1：Not enough towels in room. Asked front desk and young lady said they were being washed.

Review 3：We had a plugged toilet for 3-4 days,we were told all the plunger were being used. The front desk guy said he couldn't give quarters for laundry,and for me to walk across street to gas station,they wouldn't give quarters. Our laundry got stolen. I had to change sheets and vacuum room daily and get towels when we constantly asked,we are very polite people. I don't know what we paid for,I guess a bad experience. We weren't happy at all.

Review 9：Cleanliness of rooms. We paid for a King Spa & got a King, no spa. Needed to transfer out of first room since TV didn't work & it was obvious someone had been smoking in the "nonsmoking" room. An attempt was made to cover up the smoke smell, but...pretty obvious.

Review 13：Bed was nice, but it hurt my back (not necessarily the motel's fault), I had specifically requested four towels as there were four of us, but there were only two and we had to go back to the office and ask for the additional two. The wifi would not work for me.

Review 14：I was happy to see that our room had an itty bitty kitchenette - I'd wished we were staying longer. The room was very clean (including carpet, which is usually nasty in most motels), and the non-smoking room really was non-smoking! :) We stayed over Labor Day Weekend and on Sunday, in addition to the variety of breakfast items available (including waffles!), they also had eggs and bacon. The two young men who checked us in were very helpful and friendly.

Review 17：The room smelled of smoke, the sink was clogged with blond hair andyucky stuff. The sheets had stains and felt rough and old. The pillowssmelled like somebody (not us) and it just made my stay uncomfortableand I went and bought towels and sheets from big lots next door. Thepool was dirty and its alot of suspicious loiterers hanging aroundlooking like crack heads so I kept checking on my car all night. And thefreeway noise

Review 19：Rooms smelled of smoke, curtains torn, carpets very dirty. Overall the structures are old and not well maintained. Many of the occupants were "shady" and appeared to be living there for long periods and possibly conducting "business"? No proof but that was just my perception. Definitely NOT for families. The management and desk personnel - at least - were very helpful and allowed me out of my 4 night reservation after one night so I could find a better place.

Sent someone to pick but, they stated throw it away as trash. Old with a few upgrades, still old. Staff only cleaned half room and trash.Holes in bathrom doors and door would not close all the way. Best Western,Worst Western.

Review 31：Showed up to find out no rooms were available. They had communicated this to Booking.com, but Booking.com failed to notify me of this. We showed up to the hotel about 1am to find out we didn't have a place to sleep. This left us stranded and searching for an open hotel room in the area after a long night of driving. Horrible experience.
