Review 1：I did not like NOT having wifi in the bedrooms. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. I did not like facing a icy road going up the hill and being stuck most of the evening trapped with other cars (they did not bring sand until almost noon the next day!). The staff at that time took a rather dismissive attitude to the problem. There were another dozen cars either trapped or could not make it up the icy hill. Not such a good thing for a ski resort when your guests can't make it up to the facility and have to walk a kilometre through the snow! Also following GPS coordinates took me to Spana Dolna completely other place and so was hard to find it. VERY remote. The facility is nice but a little outdated. The day staff were professional and courteous. Beds were like rock. Breakfast was simple but not worth the money.

Review 2：The staff in the bar and the day front desk where very kind. The location in the mountains is very pretty. Remote but pretty.

Review 3：Very hard to find. Even people at Information center had trouble explaining location. Solution: On GPS input town center of Memce. This will put you on main street, Go west, out of town to a fork in the road. Take a right up the mountain for about five kilometers.

Review 4：Late Husak-aged, social-realist furniture, small bathroom, WIFI not available in the rooms. The TV made a reset in every 15 seconds, only Slovakian programs available.

Review 5：Good location, helpful staff, nice drink bar. Breakfast was poor at the beginning, but fortunately turned to better day by day. Nice balcony face to the hill.
