Review 1：The only negative I can comment on is that there were only 2 elevators and one was broke. It was really no big deal though!! Nice place!

Review 2：The staff was wonderful!! Every single employee was friendly and ALL of the front desk staff were very welcoming and went out of the way to accommodate us!!! The area felt very safe and secure!! We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The convention center and casino were a very short and safe walk!! Would definateky stay again! Review 4：Love this hotel. But don't book thru booking.com! When we arrived there was no reservation for us even though I had a confermation number! Luckily the hotel staff was wonderful and were able to get us a room for less then what I had originally booked.

Review 11：My wife and I liked the fact that we got dinner, drinks, and breakfast with the price of our stay. As well as getting popcorn and pop til 10 pm, and getting to leave our vehicle at the hotel and going to the game was a big plus. Having a family, these are all very nice perks.

Review 25：Everything. The room was big and very comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was good and they even provided food and free drinks (wine and beer) from 5.30 pm to 7 pm each evening. Parking was free which is not usual in a city. We have stayed in 19 hotels on this trip and this was easily the best. Also convenient for the Arch.

Review 26：Free parking and wifi. Not too far from gateway arch. You can just walk through there. Free popcorn with soda. Even free dinner (not big meal but enough ,) provided before 7 pm. Under the price I paid ( 2asults 2 kids), I highly recommended this hotel.

Except when we called to ask if there was anywhere to walk out dogs we were told yes, but it wasn't made particularly clear that it was not a part of the hotel grounds. Certainly not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to know it was an area frequented by "transients". Not a big deal with an 80lb and 50lb dog by your side, but maybe a little scary for someone walking a smaller dog in an unfamiliar area.

Review 31：Staff was AMAZING. They were all very friendly and helpful. They made no issue of our 2 large breed dogs and were even social and interacted with them. The 530 kickback is the greatest idea I've ever experienced with a hotel and the way the 5th floor is set up is perfect for the small family. You can set up a high chair at your little "balcony" table and eat and hang out there. The staff talked to my son and were friendly and always remembered us. I can't say enough about how awesome this place was. Its a great location near tons of attractions and I felt safe and secure.

Review 33：Jeanie at the front desk was awesome. We were on the 5th floor and loved the location. Happy hour was excellent, along with a great breakfast. My favorite thing was the popcorn machine!!

Review 34：They had my guests checked into a room that was not yet cleaned. We were preparing for a bachelorette party - so when they arrived with all of their luggage, they had to wait in the hallway to be accommodated. This was also AFTER check-in was allowed to begin. I also requested to have all of our rooms together when I made the reservation 6 months prior, and that also did not happen.

Review 35：The hotel was close to where we needed to be. Parking in the garage was great! The rooms were decent sized and very clean. It was perfect for our needs, although definitely on the upper end of cost.

We really liked the feeling of safety & security with the secure, covered, free parking & the way that you have to use your room key to gain access to the elevator that goes to the room floors. The hotel is walking distance to the Arch and the Cardinals stadium. We also really liked the dispensers in the shower that are filled with high quality shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The housekeeping staff were all very nice & friendly, the desk staff were fine, and a man who seemed to be everywhere all the time was super nice and made everyone he came in contact with feel special. I don't know his name but he was wearing a Cardinals Molina shirt. Lovely person. We would stay again.

Review 60：We had a great view of the entrance to Edward Jones Dome (perhaps not a "want" for every traveler, but a lot of fun to see at what hour people lined up for the FIRST Robotics World Championships. The food setup is excellent, with a not-just-continental breakfast, and food late afternoon/ early evening in the same spot.

Review 66：I was given a wheelchair room I was told there wasn't another room that would have been ok but it was everything in it was small because of wheelchair access but they could have lower the room rate to $50.00 because we where not wheelchair people we paid over a $100.00 for this room because this was all left ok but we had to leave because of the inconvenience of the room was enough closet space for both of us would have kept the room if lower the price we moved to another hotel
