Review 1：Had room with adjacent room with door in between. Door had about 2 inch opening at bottom allowing TV noise and AC noise from the adjacent room to come into our room, like we were in the same room. Ironically, our bathroom door only had about 1/4 inch opening at the bottom, so bath mat would catch on the door when opened. Exterior walkways were also noisy.
Review 2：Walking distance to downtown Glendale and close to Westgate Center. Reasonably priced rooms when NCAA football championship had most room rates sky high.
Review 3：Room was old and the bathtub was dirty and had cigarette burns. Seemed like people were living there long term. Shady people walking around.
Review 4：I liked the quick refund when i decided after 10 minutes in the room that I couldn't stay there.
Review 5：Bath faucet broken so couldn't find hot water. Toilet seat broken. Tub drain plug broken so could not take a bath. This means for the money spent, I had VERY poor to NO bathroom facilities.

Review 10：Non -smoking room stunk like an ashtray, aircon rattled like crazy, clientele was also noisy, no consideration of other guests, and the motel was gated up like Fort Knox - obvious indication that problems have been experienced in the past.

Review 17：I loved the updated rooms from last year. I loved the helpful lady on the front desk. I love the pool. The coffee in the morning. The wifi was a real plus this year. That La Perla is just around the corner. We have stayed here twice and will be back again.
Review 18：There was no breakfast, not even a continental one with doughnuts. It was probably a little expensive for the location, but it was spring training time in Phoenix And everything was expensive..
Review 19：Even though it wasn't in a good location, it was pretty secure, as they kept a locked gate around the rooms. The rooms were ust fine,nothing fancy. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly.

Review 23：It was close to the ballpark; really, really nice/helpful staff. You can tell they upgraded the facility, new paint, flooring; nice pool and patio furniture. We had plans for the weekend, and we were not planning to stay at the location much so it suited our purpose.

Review 31：I realize it was the Super Bowl, so it was a matter of supply and demand. I noticed that they covered up the room rates sign. Poor value for what you get. Adequate for a couple of nights but, for longer stays, there are better options elsewhere.
Review 32：the sink was stopped actually it was just the sink stopper would not come all the way up. Once I wedged it open it works fine . not a big problem for someone like me but for a lady it would probably have been a hassle

Review 35：We enjoyed the comfort of the room and thought is was very cute with the way it was decorated. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were clean. We liked being close to the ice machine. We live in town but just needed a break somewhere close, inexpensive and clean. We would visit this motel for sure in the future.
Review 36：Security on the rear door. Lock was not functioning, and security could be improved by getting that door secured. Also (a small annoyance) my key card didn't function after the first use, and I think that happened here before as well.

Review 38：I only stay in Motel 6 under great duress. This one, however, is cleaning up its act. The rooms have been remodeled - at least the one I was in - and are pleasant, comfortable, and don't smell.

I got no sleep what so ever!I had to pay a rate that was very unacceptable considering the factthey knew the train went by all hours of the night but told me that itwould stop between 11 and midnight; it never did!! I've never beensooooo upset and disappointed in my life about hotel stays as I waswith this one. I should have been reimbursed. Then, I told them aboutthe toilet, it kept running all night long so that was absolutelyhorrible listening to a train and toilet constantly. I said I wanted arefund but the assistant manager said 'no'. And I explained theabove and the staff even told her and she was even late get ing to workonly to tell me 'no'. To me, the better business bureau willget this review as well.

Review 41：Minor stuff and I am being picky. The location is great for proximity to Downtown but that means there can be some sketchy individuals around. A group of two would probably be best after dark or early AM. Pool area needed a pressure wash. It wasn't bad, just hadn't been done in a while.
Review 42：The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The place is undergoing an extensive renovation and I had a recently completed room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool area was decent size with comfy chairs. I would stay here again the value for money was excellent. It is close to Downtown Glendale with great little restaurants and the are lots of Antique shops if that is your thing.

Review 45：The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life...I felt every single spring! The room was dirty, the telephone did not work, for a family of four we were given one towel. The location is not family friendly and our door would open without the key!

Review 47：The room door was secured with one very old deadbolt and a very flimsy chain. Anyone could enter the room area because there were no locks or knobs on the security screen door. There was no pad of paper or pencil in the drawer. The taxi rides they had on the front desk were not real taxi's. We were picked up by a young woman with a very dirty car, you could not see out the windows; and she did not know how to get to Phoenix Stadium. She was using her phone's GPS while she was driving.

Review 120：It was hard to open the door from the outside. Every day we had to get help to get in. The locks are a mess and don't work. They finally moved us to another room but it was not as good. The sink had no hot water and the tub did not drain good. The maintence man had to crawl thru the air conditioner to unlock the door so we could get out things out of the room. They did credit us for 1 day because of all the inconviences.

Maintenance finally changed lock, took couple of hours to replace with one that you had to hold the handle just right to open. Nonsmoking room smelled strong of smoke, staff person lived next door to us and smoked, walls were very thin so could hear neighbors all too well. Noisy, loud, smoking, customers all around court yard. Two loud, unleashed dogs that ran right up to us barking. Loud train close by. No wash cloths first night.
