Review 1：The beds are awful. It's a much older property, the TV was tiny. It's right next to a highway so sleep is impossible.
Review 2：The staff is great! Incredibly friendly.
Review 3：Did not feel safe. Car with flat tire parked outside door, people hanging around Mini mart, next to room, heavy traffic, faucet coming off the sink, shower not working right, no ice machine, old mattresses.

Review 6：$100 for a night with hairs on the sheets. not 1, several clustered. slept on the top blanket. i can put up with most things not being perfect, but i do have 2 criteria, clean bed, clean towels. bed missed the mark with the short hairs.

Review 8：All of the surrounding lodging options were priced very high. The Flagstaff Motel was only a few miles from the NAU campus and very reasonably priced. The management was great. They let us check in early when we had requested a late check in. The room was safe, quiet, clean and comfortable. They also had a convenience store on property, which was in fact, convenient.
Review 9：room was very cold no thermostat controlled by owner. Had parts of the ceiling with water damage. Everything is extremely cheap and worn. Mini fridge did not work. 10:30 checkout???

Review 17：Seemed like a party hotel at the time. Had to turn on white noise app on phone to drown out young teens outside rooms. Suggest updating decor within rooms. Reservation is online but privately owned business uses pen and paper.

Stayed two nights and maid did not even check room much less clean it. Should not have stayed after seeing room but couldn,t get refund and had paid up front. Stay away.

Review 30：no fly screens on the windows, therefore had to have the air conditioning on. the air con was very loud and kept turning and off and on during the night. pillows were not very comfy. towel was not cleaned properly and had someone else's hair on it
