Review 1：The Superior double with the 140cm bed is very small, it was more like a single room, and is ok for 1 person but very small for 2 adults. Also my room had a whole floor carpeting which I did not like and did not expect (on the room picture when I booked the room, one can see wooden floor, but it must be in some of the bigger rooms). A pile of hair on the shower floor and long, dark hairs on the clean towels.

Review 2：Great location in the heart of Malmö. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with lot of choice. Late breakfast and late check-out time on Sundays is brilliant service.

Review 3：Showering in the bath tub is a big disadvantage for me. Another negative point was the light in the hallway: these were operated by motion sensors, which were either not placed optimal or went off too soon. I regularly walked a few meters in the dark. When the light was on, it was only just enough to see where to walk and where to put the key in the door. Last point was the parking: entrance/exit was very narrow, as were the parking spaces.

Review 4：The room looked very well maintained. It's not so big but two beds, a bureau, a closet, two chairs and a small table fitted in just fine.

Review 5：The room was not ready upon arrival (at 16:00), the double bed consisted of 2 single matrasses put together on a double bed frame - strange

Review 6：Great breakfast, very late checkout on Sunday, nice comfortable room with a bathtub, staff was very nice, also close to everything

Review 7：The stuff behavior was tragic, we have ordered superior double room with big bed and baby cot, and reception gave us small room with small bed with no baby cot !!! Then we came back to reception, so were offered a bigger room wich was totally dirty!!! And just after that in third attempt the room was given according to our booking. I felt ignored and discriminated.

Review 8：You cannot open the windows in the room, but this was intended. The parking is expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives.

Review 9：The staff were super kind and helpful. The hotel looks nice, the room was good, and the washroom was very nice and clean.

Review 10：On the booking.com room description one was promised a hardwood floor, but instead there was a wall-to-wall carpet. Horrible for my allergies. Also, on the images it looks like the hotel is in an old building. In reality, the rooms are in a basic 80s-90s built house. The cleaning agent used in the house is really strong and gave me some allergy problems.

Review 12：The day I arrived in my room it appeared to not e fully clean. Not dusted in place, including the floor. The bin in the bathroom had rubbish in it. Dirty cups were not removed twice and replaced.In the gym where I exercised I found hairs on the floor.

Review 13：The room & ensuite was lovely and I had a pleasant night sleep. Breakfast choice was varied considering I don't eat meat and the best from any hotel I have stayed at. The gym area and sauna was excellent!

Review 18：The hotel bar was a normal bar next to the hotel, but not even able to serve an expresso, only regular bad coffee. No service outside, so take your order outside yourself. Lobby wasn't a lobby, small, cheap looking. Bed was uncomfortable. Woke up every 2 hours.

Review 29：Central location. Very nice breakfast. Cool library/lounge area. Some good equipment in the fitness center, unfortunately elliptical and bike were out of order when there. Sauna, while small, is a nice bonus. You must notify the front desk in advance of using the sauna so that they can start it up. They will tell you that it takes 20-30 minutes to heat up. In reality, it takes almost an hour. Just be prepared. Comfortable room, but quite small. We had a nice view over Gustav Adolfs square. Mattress seemed way too soft to the touch, but somehow wasn't uncomfortable. The bathroom shower has a step up and over the tub, so might be difficult for older guests or people with mobility issues.

Review 50：although we had reserved parking spaces for our motorbikes (as stated on the website) there weren't any spaces left. Therefore we had to park our bikes in a public parking garage. We specifically chose this hotel because of their private parking space. Because we have rather expensive bikes, I wasn't to keen on parking in a public spot....

Review 52：Was given a handicapped accessible room; was not requested or desired. Those rooms should be reserved for those who may need them (as the hotel was not sold out). The shower was built to accommodate a wheelchair (I believe) so excessive water was every where after my shower. The receptionist who checked me in was a bit chilly initially. Perhaps it was nearing the end of her shift. She was friendlier the next day. The other staff were helpful, friendly and quite charming. The hotel is energy efficient so the lights in the halls are motion activated. They were a bit slow to detect motion so I was half way down the hall, walking in darkness before the lights came on. It was a little eerie, but there was some illumination so I could see my way to/from my room.

Review 53：Great location! Walking distance from train station, park, tourism and shopping. The room was small, but cozy for a couple, although I traveled alone. Large bathroom with premium amenities. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the in room selection of coffee and tea hit the spot. The room was extremely clean, and modern. WiFi was easy to access and was very reliable. This hotel definitely met my expectations and I would gladly return and recommend.
