Review 1：Location was great it was walking distance to shopping and food. The view of the river was great and the sound was very peaceful. The staff was nice. The condo was older but it was neat and clean. Great value for traveling with teenagers and family.

Review 12：Somewhat dated. Condo would be good for family with a couple kids. My wife and I shared the 2 bedroom condo with another couple. The master was large, with a king size bed, but noisy from the river and waterfall outside the condo. The second bedroom had two double beds, which took up the entire room. No bedside tables or places to put anything. We had to improvise and use our suitcases as bedside tables.

Review 14：We loved everything about this condo! We stayed in 404 and there was absolutely nothing that we needed/lacked in this condo. There were 6 adults and 4 children and each of us were amazed at how great this place accommodated us.

Review 30：We walked into the condo it was so fresh and clean. The staff was very nice and polite. The location is excellent. You are close enough that you can walk or catch the trolley and far enough away that it is so quite and peaceful. Love the creek running outside.
Review 31：My son was in the 2 full size bed per room his beds was super hard, not comfortable. Like laying on a brick, BUT the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The TV worked in the Den but the TV in master bedroom didn't work.

Loved it so much we booked another night by Donna. She was so so kind and made sure we could have the same room at a great price. Already planning another trip with more family to stay there!!!

Review 43：The pool wasn't heated. It was very cold. I would suggest putting scissors in the kitchen along with a small pad of paper and ink pen. The paper and ink pen would be great advertising for guests to take back home. Also a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Review 63：It was the perfect setting for our family of five. You could ride the trolley or walk to all the major attractions with no problems. Kids would wake up and eat breakfast in the porch overlooking the Little Pigeon River.
Review 64：The hot tub jets were stuck on low and the pool was cold. The beds were dated and you could feel the springs. The last thing I will comment on is be careful when you exit the property because the driveway entrance is right at a blind curve and you cannot see traffic coming down the mountain.

Review 75：This place is convenient to the convention center - just a 3 block walk, or at the entrance to the SM National Park. The apartments are roomy, have a full kitchen and laundry room. Ours had comfortable leather sofas in the living room. Love the view and sound of the flowing stream and forest setting that can be seen from the balcony.

Review 116：Very roomy, not like a motel room with just beds and tv. Calming water ripple sound at night, loved it. Loved the big shower in master bath. Bed was very comfortable. Nice fridge and auto ice maker!!! Coffee pot and filters were used, toaster also, plenty of dishes and glasses were available. Walking distance of main street, we heard no traffic noise with the exception of a couple of Harleys once!

Review 121：Our Jacuzzi tub was dirty and our dimmer switch SPARKED. We called and we were told "not to use it". It was a huge fire hazard and we didn't have a use able light over our table! We won't stay there again. We were charged a cleaning fee but had to clean the Jacuzzi tub OURSELVES.

Review 123：There was several minor things that needed to be fixed in our room. The shower door in the master suite did not work right. There was no staff there when you needed them. It was hard to get someone to check us out. That they use keys still instead of keycards.

Review 127：The condo was old. No renovation since the 80's. The only updated thing were the flat screen tv's. The comforters were thin and very old. There were crumbs on the table and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. There was no attendant when we arrived. We had to find the box with the instructions as to call a number to retrieve your key. The WiFi is slow too.
