Review 9：Ceiling in the room had a large stain looked liked from something leaking. Bath tub had lots of long strands of blonde hair everywhere. I do not think that it had been cleaned from the previous person. I went to Walmart and brought cleaning products to clean out myself.

Review 11：Very clean room!....Impeccable housekeeping. Service desk was friendlyand helpful. No bedbugs either!!! Easy access from I-71. Plenty of goodrestaurants nearby. Lots of stores too!

Review 12：The front desk lady double charged my debit card for our stay, when I went down to check, she said it was my bank's issue. I called the bank(PNC) and they did remove one of the charges but emphasized that it was Best Western that had charged me twice and I should make sure to keep my invoice in case it happened again. It was stressful, while on a staycation, to deal with their mistake, and then have the manager lie to me at the front desk.

Review 13：The bed and pillows were very comfortable. You can tell this hotel has been recently remodeled and everything feels very modern and clean.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was okay with restaurants in walking distance and a short drive from the hotel. There are other businesses around this hotel(Marshalls Walmart Target Movies, etc). I will definitely stay here again.

Review 34：We were pleased to be close to Prasco Park where we attended several baseball games. BW Mason Inn was in a perfect location, near all manner of shopping & dining choices too!

Review 35：There was mold all along where the shower walls met the tub, and the toilet was black under the rim as well. There was about an inch of dust on surfaces that should have been cleaned after every checkout and I found a beer cap (not mine) beside the coffee maker. Ice bucket was visibly dirty. Mold in the fridge.

Review 37：The room was very small for the amount we paid. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked...it was hard. The temperature in the room would never stay the same...we kept it the same but It was hot and cold all night.

Didn't get any sleep because people were running through 3rd floor halls all night slamming doors and banging on walls even after bringing it to the attention of front desk staff. On top of the beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Hotel offered free breakfast but there was nowhere to sit in the dining area so ended up eating at the restaurant next door. Pool area, especially hot tub was dirty. There was mold on the hot tub walls.
