Review 43：The restaurant staff were nice but very slow and not very attentive. I had to go get them to get a menu and then again to place and order. The carpet in the room had stains of something spilled all over it. Could not get the air conditioning to cool the room down past 24c (75f) and with polyester sheets made for a terribly hot and sweaty sleepless night. Lastly, they made have free wifi, but it is so slow and the signal so bad you may as well say they don't have it. I would finally no sooner barely get a wifi signal and 30 seconds later it was gone and I was back to eating up my expensive short term international data plan.

When my flight was delayed, the receptionist gave me a late checkout free of charge.

We had to change room as we found that the mattress had spots of blood! we were relocated in a supposedly better room (upgrade to executive), the room smelled food, and the bathroom floor was very dirty! a nightmare. An guess what, they wanted to charge us the upgraded room. At the restaurant, the food was very expensive but very low quality. For breakfast nobody greats you and the waiter who finally send us the diner room, instead of telling us were to find things etc simply took a plate and started to fill it with food for himself !!!

Review 72：A relatively new place, this hotel was built on the cheap and it shows: faucet hangs loose, the shower head no longer attaches to the mounting, thin walls (love your Dutch neighbours and their comments on the TV series), etc. Doesn’t help when wifi is free but essentially non-functional, the bed covers are fit for a warm summer night but this was in early March, and the towels are at the point of disintegrating.

Review 78：I like the staff. They are always friendly. One great thing that did happen. After my meal one night I completed a survey given to my by the restaurant staff on an I-Pad device. I commented on the fact that the meals are great but being a regular a few changes now and again would be nice. The next day I got an email explaining that I could ask the chef to do me a dish of my choice if he wasn't too busy. I put this to the test and sure enough the chef changed a dish to suit me. Fantastic!

Review 111：The first impression was very good, after the fast check in procedure, we received a very clean and comfortable room on a 6th floor. There was a wedding banquet in the lobby of this hotel, however, we could't imagine that this will continue to a wedding party. The party hall is located on the 7th floor, so that our room was just bellow the dancing floor. The loud music continuously till 5AM!, gave us the opportunity to appreciate the work of the DJ, hear the words of ALL performed songs and sing them, but not to have a rest before flight! At 11PM we reached the reception and asked to change the room, however, the only available solution were earplugs (which are not helpful at all)!!! Have to say that hotel's management replied very quickly to our complaint and suggested a free upgrade for the next stay. However we refused to this generous offer since we have no plans to stay again in this hotel.
