Review 1：Orchid Suites hands down beats any other hotel chain I've recently stayed at due to their generous amenities, free breakfast, free wine in the evening (2 glasses), fresh baked cookies in the evening, awesome staff. I will stay there again if I have business in the area again.

Review 2：Part of the facility was outdated on the outside and noisy. The accommodating staff relocated us to the much quieter business section.

Review 9：Breakfast..no one really liked it..the pancake machine did not work for us and others we saw..hit or miss. Coffee was way strong for me and my mom (we had 2 rooms--5 people total for 2 nights).

Review 13：Housekeeping couldn't speak English. I was constantly getting locked out because our card keys stopped working. Our room had a place for two refrigerators, but it only had one. With 5 people we could have used another one.

Review 14：The staff, including housekeeping, were wonderful. We had a hiccup while trying to move into our new home, and found ourselves staying here much longer than expected. We were right across the street from restaurants of every price range, the freeway was close by, the free breakfast was very good, the pool and hot tub was fun and clean, but my favorite thing was the park-like picnic area in the very center of the property. It has covered picnic tables in a very large wooden patio-like area, under beautiful large trees. We had two tv's, which worked out well for the tv watchers, but for me (who doesn't watch much tv) the sound of two tv's playing two different stations was annoying.

Review 15：THE SHOWER WAS NOT, WAS NOT, GOOD! THEY NEED TO CORRECT THE LOCATION OF THE FAUCET. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL.

Review 17：Horrible location & 10pm cerfew was WAY too late for those wanting to get their kids to bed early for a soccer game the next morning. Kids & parents were playing & being WAY too loud in the courtyard & staff wouldn't tell them to be quiet until after 10pm.

Review 19：In 101 degree temps, the pool water was too cold to use. Seems they had storms in days earlier that cooled down the water and made it too cold to use. Labor Day there was no one in the pool. We stayed a week and could not use the pool while we were there. We've stayed here in years past; seems to be going downhill. There were roaches in the room.

Review 21：The rooms need to smell clean and fresh not so enclosed, which ours did. The microwave in the room was dirty. It had old splatters of food all over, and when I opened it a awful smell cane out of the microwave. Not good at all. Also, the elecator broke down one night and the following day it was still broken. That was very inconvenient.

We ended upwrapping the decorative pillow in a pillowcase for my husband to sleepon...comfortable. Not so easy for me. I wrapped the bed throw in apillow case, that didn't provide any comfort. Then I tried wrappingthe bath mat and towels in a pillow case...2am. Still awake .Up at 6amto head home. Not a good night! Suggestion...change the pillows or atleast offer a variety of cloud-like or firm.

Review 27：Some upgrades were needed. The hot water was slow to come in, so maybe new hot water heaters are in order. The screen on the window was bend and discombobulated, and the stopper in the sink didn't work.

Review 46：Our room surrounded a courtyard with a lovely old oak tree and outdoor seating. Unfortunately, every night we were there, the courtyard was full of people drinking and smoking. In fact, smokers were everywhere. In the breezeways and stairwells. Upon opening our door in the morning we were blasted with the stench of stale cigarette smoke so horrible it made me gag. We stayed there 3 nights and it was like this every night. I would not stay there again for this one reason.

Review 48：My husband and I got to the hotel to check in around 8pm, talked to the staff who was friendly and helpful at first. Then we get to our room and the keys do not work. After waiting for 15 minutes two ladies walk out of our room and say there was a mix up! After seeing that these people were already in the room we go to the front desk to figure out what's going on. They reassure us that they will get us a different room when we get to the front desk. The staff goes to the room and after 2 minutes they return and expected us to still stay in that room saying that it's clean after we had just seen people in there! Getting a different room shouldn't have even been a question but I had to ask them to get us a new room or refund us. After the whole ordeal the staff quickly changed their attitude toward us. Overall it was a poor experience because of the management and we didn't feel comfortable there. Will never return!

Review 49：The location of the hotel was very convenient. If you come here late and hungry there are plenty of places that are close by and some even deliver. There was ample parking as well.

Told me that I was in a "no pet" room. Had to relocate. 2nd room was small/queen bed. Had argument with RUDE manager. Left. Did not sat the night. Would not refund the room. Had to drive 7-hours back to LA after a long day. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again.

Review 55：We asked for a non pet friendly room and the couch had fur all over it. Bathroom was not clean.the sofa bed had legos and some hotwheels .the window was leaking water and by morning the room smelt like mold...we had to check out and stay some where else. .

Review 56：This hotel was run by great staff who were professional, friendly and helpful. There were many families relaxing, enjoying takeout on the outdoor tables, playing cards and having a swim. It was clean, simple and a great value. The free wifi, evening drink and breakfast was a real perk. We needed a late checkout and the hotel was very accommodating.
