Review 1：Our room reservation was all screwed up but the manager corrected the problem upon our arrival. In our on-line reservation we asked for a 1st floor room. We were on the 3rd floor.
Review 2：Our breakfasts were good -- had good choices -- and we certainly liked the cookies and popcorn in the evening.
Review 3：The mattress was 'soggy', pillows were like they were just stuffed with old foam rubber, A/C blew out cool air, but seemed not to remove any moisture from the air, the carpet was dirty looking with many stains, several lamps didn't work. I guess I'd compare the quality to a bad Red Roof Inn, or Knights Inn Motel run privately.
Review 4：The location is very good. Near I-75, near Georgetown, Midway, Lexington. In a group of several hotel properties.
Review 5：In need of renovations. Not clean enough with regard to carpeting. Bathroom toiletries were half used. Room was noisy from the adjacent room.

Review 22：Most rooms smell very musty and feel damp. Some have serious pet odors.The plumbing fixtures are cheap, old, and pitted, and generally not veryclean. They use soap and shampoo dispensers, which isn't an issue,but they obviously choose the cheapest products which smell horriblymedicinal. The breakfast was as sub-par as they come.I chose this hotel out of the dozen other in the area because of prior reviews and the four stars. It in NO way met any of those reviews. One of the worst hotels on our trip.
