Review 1：Breakfast wasn't served until 9 a.m. It consisted of only store bought sweet rolls and cereal. The furniture and drapes were old and damaged. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low.

Review 6：Great location if you are wanting to stay in Manitou Springs! The owners were extremely nice. It's a nice little place to stay if you are looking for something other than a hotel. They are renovating some of the rooms and we could tell that our room had already been renovated, so that was a nice perk. It was a short drive to anything in town and was a 15-20 minute drive into Colorado Springs.
Review 7：Bathrooms were tiny. Can hear neighbors well. Musty smell in room, kind of a moldy smell left in suitcase and garments. Breakfast was close to nothing. Pool appeared to be closed.

Review 15：The owner accused me of wanting a free night when I was telling her that the toilet wouldn't stop running and the air conditioner kept turning off. I'm also very disappointed in Booking. Com for telling me I needed pictures or they wouldn't help me get my money back for a night where nobody in my family got sleep. I didn't even want my money back until she was so incredibly rude to me!
Review 16：Only 2 pillows on the bed and they were pretty flat. Had a difficult time sleeping. Reception was not good on the TV or Wifi.

Review 22：We chose this hotel cause it had a playground, as we had a 4 year old grandson with us.when we arrived they told us they no longer had it due to insurance reasons.Also eat breakfast early cause it is very limited even for continental standards. Coffee was gone with 30 min left an was told it was to expensive to make another pot.They need to update their webpage

Review 26：The view could not be beat. We had more than enough room for 5 adults. Kitchen perfectly equipped, pillows the best I've had. Perfect location beyond belief.
Review 27：Janine and Eric made my visit outstanding. The property is very well maintained, the room was very nice and there was a carport which was huge as I was on my motorcycle. Their son Paulie did a great job making me fee welcome, as well.
Review 28：No kitchen even tho' pics showed kitchens in the cottages so not what we anticipated. Managers/owners seemed to novices at this, under new management??? ...and tried to accommodate us but was marginal.

We left our room at 8:30 am and the Office still was not open; the hair dryer blew sparks, not air; the lamp over the chairs was missing a bulb and the shade would not stay on straight you had to turn the lamp on with a rolling switch at the bottom of the cord; light switches did not turn on lamps...in fact we didn't know what they were for; this last piece isn't so much a problem but added to the rest of the issues - nothing was coordinated in color scheme, mis-matched decor; pillows were flat and over used

Lots of noise from guests and highways on both side of motel. Worst experience of our trip. Police came in force to a room a few doors away. Cannot safely walk anywhere -there are no sidewalks just a busy road! Pool was half drained. Stay somewhere else.
Review 39：Nothing about our experience was good. The staff lives on site but, not available till after 8 am so we forgot about coffee or breakfast. Everything is outdated.
Review 40：2nd room was not as nicely furnished, and was a bit run down. There were spiders. But still a large comfortable bed, and very roomy, except for bathroom which was too small. Not as modernized, not enough electric outlets, no can opener.

Not my idea of a suite with a kitchen. Good price but old, old, old. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner, activities, etc.
