Review 1：Its an older property and you can tell they try to fix it up but it needs a lot more work than nice furniture which was extremely dust. A/C didn't not work good at all due to the fact the filter hadn't probably been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom was not cleaned toilet had urine in it and tub and shower curtain were dirty. Also could tell that comforter on bed hadn't been washed in a while.

Review 4：We love the value this motel is the best kept secret of Needles, owned by an extremely nice family . We stay here every time we come to the area and feel you should too!

Review 5：Almost all the towels in the room had spots. We paid $54 on Booking, but at our arrival the neon light was showing $39. That's quite a difference.

Review 6：Responsive staff, fridge and large tv screen. Close to the highway.

Review 7：Sheets and comforter were dirty and stained. Not changed after previous tenant. Shower curtain needs washing. Second morning only cold shower. The guy running the office came and changed the sheets and apologized for the inconvenience.

Review 9：When I arrived had to rent thru a small nite window because the door was broken. Then went to the room key would not open the door to the room and had to walk back to the office in 118 degree weather the office guy came and had to wiggle the key to get in. Then had to call office to get WiFi pass word. While taking a shower the knob was broke and kept turning. Also at 118 degrees the air conditioner wasn't working so I took the front off to check the filters they were so clogged it was not working. After cleaning it worked fine.

Review 21：Our first night there our shower did not work so they gave us a key to a second room to shower that room was dirty and had a roach on the wall so the next day got a different room that one only the shower worked. Called prior to arrival to see if room had microwave and fridge was told yes 1st room no microwave second room had both in both rooms the ac unite filter was caked with dirt and the blankets weren't very soft and beds like rocks. Staff not very motivated to repair things and weren't willing to refund anything online it said 37 a night for 2 nights it was 98 dollars to high priced for bugs and no water. The pool was small and dirty as well. They also portrayed as the railroad used them alot and that is false . misrepresentation

Review 22：The shower drained slow. Water continued to spew from the bath fixture even after the handle to convert to the shower fixture was pulled. This may explain why the water drained slow due to accessible water. Motorcycles were permitted to park next to the rooms downstairs. It was a rude awakening at 6 am when three Harley Davidsons were started and riden away.

Review 38：The motel was well located. The staff was extremely friendly the day we checked out they allowed us to use their computer and printer to check some insurance as we were traveling to Mexico. The Decor was very cool. Everything was great but it was the staff that really made it.

Review 39：The dead roach that greeted us in the entrance, the roach on the wall, the roach climbing on my sisters leg while she slept. The roaches in the parking lot running to your room to cool down. No ice machine and it's like 114, the a/c was so loud. Between my group and I we booked 5 rooms and they were all disappointed and I was embarrassed to have even suggested that place. I tried to save a few books by booking that horrible roach motel. Its true what they say you pay what you get for. I will go back to Rio Del Sol.

Review 41：We walked in to our room #120 we were greeted by a dead roach on the rug while one was trying to get away on the sealing. When told staff she said no couldn't be possible! We asked her for toilet paper she asked what for! (To wipe my ass lady). Over all it was gross and would not be staying there ever again. The female staff working that night on laborday wekend was super rude.

Review 98：Arrived here in the afternoon and had no issues with our bookings. Hotel staff was very friendly and pointed us in the direction for the river so we could have a swim (be careful the river current is very strong). Came back to the hotel afterwards and had a swim in the pool. Room was clean and we had no issues at all.

Review 99：Room and furnishings quite run down. Safety bar on the door not operational. No handicap accessible room. Sheets thin and worn, no blankets just a thin cover. No grab bars in bathroom, no coffee maker. Had to shove the bed out of the way to find an outlet for charging phones. Generally - quite sparse and not at all like booking.com photos.

Review 107：The occupants next door chain smoked outside their room just next to our door. Their room was between our two so it was like not having a non-smoking room.

Review 108：Staff was amazing! We arrived after midnight and were graciously greeted. There was a mix up with available rooms and I needed a downstairs unit (on crutches), but the only one open didn't have two beds like we needed. We were given that room as well as the two others we reserved to accommodate our family. Didn't even have to ask. What could have been a very unpleasant situation was just the opposite. Also, bedd were very cushy and comfortable.

Review 109：There's not a lot to do in needles. We made the drive to lake havasu to see the London bridge, which was around an hour. The pizza place over the road was pretty bad!

Review 115：Very surprised, from the outside brace yourself for what may be inside the room, but the room was updated and clean and the bed was so comfortable. We arrived around midnight and I ran the bell, the night manager came out right away and checked me in. I would definitely stay here again on my way through Needles next time.

Review 116：Pool was out of order as was the ice maker. No irons or ironing boards in the room. Toilet was not bolted down and rocked when siting on it. Located right next to the freeway and road noise was terrible.

There was only one small soap bar for both shower and hand wash. Also there was no hair dryer, iron, tea/coffee make facility. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Review 119：I picked this hotel based on the picture of the rooms but, the room didn't look anything like the picture. Bed were extremely hard, sink leaked, shower and bathroom floor were dirty. The windows rattled every time a truck went by (all night) Glad we were only staying over night!

It was right next to a freeway, and karaoke bar, and not far from atrain track but surprisingly, my sleep was not disturbed. Gas wasawfully high in Needles, but the person at the desk told me to go"to Arizona" to buy gas, about a half mile. Much cheaper, butcheaper yet by $1.25 a gallon about 20 miles down the road.
