Review 1：For the price of the hotel we could have stayed somewhere jus as nice with more amenities, for example a pool, a view and a breakfast.
Review 2：The room was very nice and clean. it was a huge plus that the room had a full size stove and oven. The jacuzzi tub was a very nice addition to the room.
Review 3：The bed was a little stiff and when they cleaned our room they only re made the bed. They didn't fold the blankets on the couch or fix the pillows or restock the toiletries in the bathroom and they refreshed our towels even though we left the used ones on the rack to save water
Review 4：The staff was wonderful. The woman at the front desk was awesome very kind and helpful. I had rose petals delivered and they spread them out for me and then we were celebrating and anniversary and they set out apple cider for us. It was very quiet and GREAT location. It is a 2 min walk to the boardwalk which we enjoyed all the close dining and shops!!
Review 5：Don't have a any noise control at all , receive complain from neighbor even for a light TV sound. whereas we tolerated high sound music from neighbor too. Very Disappointed. This the First time I had a BAD experience from Booking.com .

Review 23：Being able to see and hear the ocean while sitting snugly in front of the fireplace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean with lots of extras. The bed was very comfortable.
Review 24：I took a bath, turned on the jets, and black particles came out and filled the bath. I had to shower them off it was strange. The front desk treated the couple in front of me very welcoming, and then treated me in a poor taste. It was awkward, it may be because I look very young and some assume I may be a teenager.

Review 26：Minor complaint: The sink in the bathroom was too high and the edge of the sink was so far back from the front edge of the sink cabinet, that I (5'2") had to use it from the side. Otherwise, it's a beautiful sink. :-)

Review 28：This was the most relaxing vacation we've been on in a long time. The view is incredible and it really felt like we were the only people there. I thought we'd be able to hear other people bc of where our room was, but we didn't hear anyone. It was amazing!!

Review 30：We stayed here to meet our Great Grand Daughter for her 5th birthday. She was able to ride her new scooter on the prom. Normally we would stay closer to down town. We did like the location, but new time we will try to stay in a beach front unit.

Review 39：We liked that it was a smaller property amongst the huge hotels and condos. The location on the prom was perfect and the little garden with Adirondack chairs in front was a nice touch and the close proximity to restaurants made it very convenient. Although there was a sink and oven and range, we didn't cook there. I think a family might need a little more equipment and counter space to make it work. Overall a good value. It was easy to spend part of one day seeing Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park, Ft. Stevens and Astoria.

Review 59：The Inn at the Prom has an exquisite cottage feel amongst all the other monstrous condos and hotels which are it's neighbors, right on the beach. Very clean, cozy and comfortable with all the amenities! I couldn't have asked for a better location! Maggie the front desk manager at the time of my stay was very informative and it is obvious that she enjoys the hotel and it's owners!

Review 62：Parking is a pain - limited and tight. The shower had very low water pressure. The in-room refrigerator froze our produce two separate times at different settings, and although they replaced the fridge with a new one that worked, there was no offer to replace our lost food. The room was very small, with a bar-sized sink, bar refrigerator, no countertop, and no table or chairs to eat at. Although the views were nice, the prevailing wind into the room meant that second hand smoke from smokers on the promenade or the lawn seating blows into room. The TV had an awkward viewing angle.
Review 63：Near the beach/promenade, with a nice view from the room. The jacuzzi tub was comfortable even for a tall man.
Review 64：Somewhat of a difficult access from the parking area to the rooms, especially for senior citizens with mobility issues. There isn't anyone to assist with luggage, etc. No pots, pans or knives other than steak knives.
Review 65：Located right on the Prom and only a few steps from the beach. Very convenient to all the tourist draws in the area. Nice room with small kitchenette, gas fireplace, quite a comfortable room. Plates, cups, glasses and flatware for four people.
Review 66：Manager/owner more concerned about running my credit card through on arrival than questions/concerns that I had about parking (able drive into lot and had to back out of the lot when leaving) on site security (none) no telephone in the room to use in case of emergency (thankful I had my cell phone but would need to read Guest Info to obtain the # to call) photos give impression the room Is MUCH larger than what it is; the couch was right up/abutted the head of the right side of the bed, space between the bed & coffee table approx. 12" only able to get in/out of the bed on the left side; no patio screen door unable to sleep with the door open; booked and paid for room with jetted tub, unfortunately there was a ring around the tub from previous bather(s), no iron/ironing board in the room. Sad to say that I would have been better off staying at the Best Western or the Shilo Inn.

Review 75：The unparalleled view from our top-floor room was gorgeous. The hotel itself is set back a ways from the Prom itself, so the view is beautiful and the sounds of the surf are so soothing, but the skateboarders and strollers are a few dozen paces away from the Windows and deck...which makes things much more pleasant.
Review 76：The sliding glass door didn't lock but they had a stick to put in it so it was pretty secure.
Review 77：This was an AWESOME room and right off the beach! The price was pretty good and we went during a pretty busy weekend. It has EVERYTHING you may need while visiting!

Review 82：It was wonderful being able to wake up and make breakfast for my family like we do at home. Then take a stroll on the promenade and play in the ocean. My daughter said best vacation ever!
Review 83：We requested a baby high chair on our purchase of the room and never heard back on that request. The room wasn't kid friendly. We had to purchase electrical outlet covers and call for a play pen and baking sheet. We appreciated the fact that you did get those items to us eventually and it was busy for you.

Review 85：The kitchenette provided is just the basic mini fridge and microwave, unlike the room I stayed in last time that had the full kitchen which was more useful. The only bad thing to say about this stay was when the "maid" came in while we were at breakfast we came back to a fake stick on nail left on our table, which I assumed was probably left by a previous quest and not the maid, which made me question the quality of cleaning they do after quest check out.
Review 86：I had stayed here last summer but in one of the cottage looking rooms, I think room 4 and it was without a doubt the perfect room, especially for three people or a family. This stay I stayed in room 17 on the second floor and I was really surprised. Even though we were on the left side by the stairs we still had a great view of the beach from the side windows. This room is perfect for couples.

Review 92：Upon check-in, I was told I was charged too little. There was a balance of $1.09 due. They asked how I would like to pay it? Really! How petty? I was forced to pay an additional $1.09 in tax because the hotel charged the incorrect amount to my credit card an entire month prior. I would have thought a business would have just absorbed the amount since it was their mistake, but that was not the case. Also, there were a row of can I a that were behind the house that is pictured, it mentioned nothing about the cabins. The parking was too tight, not enough room.
Review 93：The kitchenette was great. The full sized stove was great to make our Dinner. The Jacuzzi tub was a great bonus! Large and endless hot water.
Review 94：Check-in was in another property behind, and the staff was not friendly, as if she felt miffed she had to check us in. We paid extra for a "jacuzzi" tub in the room, which turned out to be a single tub with jets- not what we expected. Shower was weak. All in all it was OK, but paled to the excellent places we stayed in other small Oregon coastal towns.

No pillow or extra bedding for sofa sleeper, one blanket found in bedroom closet. Website said aquatic center was available to us but no information shared with us about it. Check-in not on site, bit of a hassle and not convenient when there was a need.

Although parking is tight and limited, no problems getting a spot to park. Great location, close to everything!
