We did notice that there were other rooms in the same building that looked like they had been updated, so it looks like they are working on it! All in all, the rooms were still very clean, so we had no major complaints outside of aesthetics.

Very outdated and had an overall ancient feel to it. Outside lock with key access on the doors to each room. Coffee was burnt at breakfast. No mention of wifi. Front desk lady called 30 mins after we checked in to ask how everything was as if she knew we would Hate it. Location to everything is great, however if it wasn't Labor Day weekend I would never pay the price we did for a hotel like that.

After having to call 5 times and my husband threating them to put us up in another hotel in a better place and paying for it they finally got maintenance to our room . They had to take the filter out of the ac and it started blowing cooler but wouldn't cool the room down a lot . They fixed the bed and had to fix the breaker for our jucuzzi to work and the lights but after that it was fine . Def enjoyed the stAy after everything was fixed .

Review 85：The management charged me 101.00 on 7-13-15 and 101.00 on 7-14-15. This was in addition to the 349.00 which was agreed upon for three nights stay. We stayed one extra day which we were charged 89.00 for which made me check my account. The 101.00 on 7-13 and 7-14 was not agreed upon and was done without my knowledge. When I called the office, I was told that 'Brian' was the only person who could fix this and he would not be in until 3:00PM. I then requested a corporate number and was told that he was it. Our room was left with the maid to to do little but take out the towels that we used, change the sheets on the bed, and vacuum the work and literally torn floor. We did not use their towels on our body -we always bring our own - and did not take anything other than our own belongings out of the room. We will not be back to this substandard hotel.

Small, not roomy, carpent had burn marks from the ironing board, TV, Pictures, Etc were very outdated and I booked under the assumption that a breakfast and Wifi was included, but this appeared to be untrue. The price was $10 higher than a hotel I stayed at in SC, but was no where near in comparison to the quality. Also, the baby pool wasn't filled with water. This hotel was okay, but by the website my expectations was much higher than what I paid for.

You can park your car upon arrival and walk toeverything you'd ever want to see super easy; it is literally 4store fronts away from Ober Gatlinburg (we bought tram tickets which canbe utilized for 2 days so that was very convenient to be able to walkout our hotel and right over to the Tram and head up to the top).Despite being a full hotel, you'd never know it. Breakfast wasgreat, room was clean, and I can't say this enough, the location wasprime! We had an awesome view out our balcony, which was a nice touch.

When I mentioned that to them upon check out, they indicated that smoking on the balcony was not smoking in the room. Technically that is correct but really a thin line.
