Review 1：Door from the outside (at end of building) closing shut often makes a lot of noise for a room near the hall way at the top of the stairs

Review 12：I would like to say I liked everything but unfortunately I can't. Room service was terrible. I ordered dessert one evening and after 45 minutes I had to call and find out where it was. They stated it would be right there. When it arrived the ice cream dessert was completely melted. The next time I ordered I called one hour after I ordered and they had just started the order. If they had only stated that it was extremely busy in the restaurant and if might take a while I would have totally understood. The room wa cleaned the second day I was there. The third day I had to take my garbage and dirty glasses to the front desk. No toilet paper was left. The only thing done was the bed was made and after the first day there was no top sheet. They also have a lousy billing system. I have yet to see a total charged to my account. This should be done the day I check out.

Review 13：The hotel had a a lovely country setting. Very colonial. The restaurant although slightly pricey had excellent food. The front desk staff was very nice even if they didn't appear to know what was going on with my bill and as of today still don't. The morning breakfast staff were extremely nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Review 14：The atmosphere was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Overall the hotel was cozy. It has a definite "old time" charm and feel while retaining the modern comforts. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. We spent most of our time in Saratoga Springs, and the drive from the hotel was not very long or difficult.

Review 15：The water pressure in the water shower was not great, but that is a minor thing. Our stay was very good overall.

Review 18：Wonderful Restuarant. Friendly staff and niCely kept rooms but no safes in the rooms and no meals (or room service) during the day on weekends meaning you need to use a car for lunch snacks. Also some problems with room reservations for my party but not myself. We had a wedding with 250 guests and their staff seemed to struggle to manage it even though " we do 3 or 4 weddings each weekend and we are a major conference center in the area". I would come back as a couple or small group but probably not for a major planned event. Overall I had a great time but the wedding planners in my group were stressed!

Review 20：The Century House is a lovely motel. The staff is very courteous andhelpful, and the buffet breakfast was the best complimentarybreakfast I have ever had in a hotel. I would recommend it to anyone!It is a close distance to the spac and was very convenient to go forthe jazz festival.

Review 21：The rooms are a little run down - not bad but showing a little wear -for example had to prop open the storm window with a clothes hanger toget some air from the window. - This does not bother me but if you arelooking for a brand new boutique hotel, this is probably not it. On theother hand, it is less expensive than such a place. All in all, enjoyedmy stay and will be back.

Review 22：I have stayed at the Century House on several occasions for business.The latest was after a long flight back from europe. I really enjoystaying here. First of all, the staff is very friendly. The last time Icame, I arrived late at night and the hotel manager came in from home topick me up from the airport - thanks! Another time, they did not have ashuttle driver but paid for my taxi fare - again thanks. It is also veryquiet and restful. Food from the dining room is good. It looks like theyhave some nice conference areas also. Beds are very comfortable - sleptwell. Rooms are spacious. It is a bit older and does not have the feelof a box hotel by the freeway - I appreciate that.
