Review 1：Beautiful rooms; they're clean and smell great. Pool is wonderful, hot tub is great. Very relaxing place to spend the night and the pancakes are phenomenal.

Review 3：Price is good. Location: it is a little far from downtown and other interesting places but with a car everything gets ok. Rooms are spacious, bed comfort and cleaning was good.

Review 5：The manager was a wonderful woman who went out of her way to be helpful. Couldn't ask for nicer staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Pancakes instead of typical waffles. Don't let the location fool you. Isn't really that bad. The Adult Store next door is closed. I'm from Colorado Springs and I know the area. It isn't bad.

Review 6：The pool does not go beyond four feet in depth. The Wi-Fi was barely 1 mbps down and .25 up. Another reservation in our group did not receive their special requests until having to talk to the owner.

Review 10：Our first floor window was unlocked and curtain was closed. If we hadn't noticed and locked the window, we would have been unsafe all night without knowing. I found a bone under the edge of the bed. When our hair dryer stopped working for a little while I asked for one. She said, "I'm so sorry we don't have any spares." I asked to use one in an open room and it's window was unlocked too! The parking lot was scary at night. The cab driver said we should stay somewhere else.

The grounds were kept, the room was very clean and comfortable, all the furnishing were in great shape and did not look like it had been thrown out the window a few times first.
