Review 1：The restaurant should be open till 10 pm, at 9.40 we wanted cup of tea, and they sent us away without even a slight hesitation, claiming that there were no guests in the restaurant, so that they already closed it.

Review 15：The room was very basic. There is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. There was no WIFI and the room safe didn't work so for the price it wasn't great value.

Review 22：The staff on the reception were very good. The location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable.

Review 23：No-one at reception desk, you have to chase them everytime in restaurant. At arrival, there was a wedding on-going so it wasn't easy to find the right person, then went to quickly park the car and 5 minutes later had to go through the wedding guests once again, because she left the reception even knowing I was coming for check-in very soon.

Review 26：The rooms are very nicely decorated, I have stayed about 4 times in the last 9 years and the décor is being well maintained. Breakfast area and food very nice. Helpful staff, even when they are very busy.

Review 29：I had a Junior Executive Suite- bedroom, lounge, bathroom, hall. Very comfortable indeed, lots of space, good bed, nicely designed furniture. Breakfast is excellent (they'll cook eggs or omelettes to order in front of you) and the staff are most professional. Good place to stay.
