Review 1：The shower was fixed so you couldn't turn it all the way to hot, and it was just a warm shower and wasn't quite hot enough for comfort. The hairdryer did not work. The outlets were older and kind of loose and we had trouble getting our plugs to stay in without falling out. The wifi wasn't good and we couldn't stream netflix from any of our devices for our 2 yr old who's addicted to mickey. I had to use my cell phone's carrier and stay off the wifi. These were all minor inconveniences, although slightly annoying because if you're going to advertise for free wifi, it should be decent working wifi, and the hot water we probably should have said something but it wasn't that big of a deal at the time.

Review 2：Good value for the money. Free simple breakfast (toast, bagels, cereal, waffles). Perfect location with easy walking distance to downtown. Simple accomodations. Remodeled appearance. We were just looking for a cheap (but decent) place to stay and spend our money doing things instead, and that's just what we got. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Free HBO and showtime for nighttime movies.

Review 3：No wood for the fireplace and there were a lot of shady people staying there and maybe living. Very noisy and to much ground traffic almost like legal things going on.

Review 5：There was hair throughout the room that was not ours, the only light in the room came from the vanity outside the bathroom, there were no lamps anywhere in the room. The housekeepers obviously only come through once a day so you better not have your do not disturb sign up if you want anything because they don't come back like other hotels (Marriott for instance) and the lady working day shift at the front desk needed an attitude adjustment.

Review 7：I had booked a king bed and was very surprised when we were given a king room with a wood burning fireplace. Awesome. The room was very spacious and was clean and was priced very, very reasonable especially for it to be on Jan. 1 weekend.

Review 10：We didn't have a light in our room. They were remodeling and there wasn't even a lamp! The only light was at the sink or the TV. We only got one TV channel which was a Disney station. Tried to get the TV problem solved but no one ever got back with us. My daughters room right beside my room had a lamp and cable!

Review 20：The door jammed and was hard to close, no microwave, I went to the front desk 2 times one with a problem with the keycard one to check out both times I had to wait. When I checked out I waited so long I just put the cards on the front desk and left. They should have a bell or something to say there is someone at the desk. Nope there is nothing

Review 21：It was down the street from the attractions. I drove twice while I was there. It was the cheapest in Gatlinburg.

Review 22：Staff was rude. No wifi no hot water cold shower. And didn't clean rooms had to call and fuss to get room cleaned. Wouldn't stay there ever again. And when I told manager my problems he acted like he could care less. So if you don't care to take cold showers and have no wifi and room not cleaned and no clean towels then this is place to be.

I was told there would be some compensation for my stay but that never happened. I was also told that the owner would contact me about this and that never happened. Not good business at all.

They told us finally we would get a refund and then they lied the next morning and said no they didn't say that. This place was dirty as well. Just an awful place

Review 47：Thewas room was very dirty and the said it The bathroom was a mess there was mold on the shower curtain and around the toilet.The room also smelled of mold and I had a very hard time breathing We went down to the office and the person at the desk was VERY rude to us he said he had a remodeled room with a beautiful view of town and he would not refund our money for anything we took the room and that was a joke as well. The great view was of a wall for the stairs and the room was also as bad as the first The only good thing is there was no mold. I would not even give this Inn a 2 to us it os a big fat 0.

Review 48：My husband went into the hospital while we were there and we thought we had lost that night which we paid for in advance. However, the manager graciously comped us a room and even upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The facilities do still leave room for improvement but they are working diligently on renovating. The location is awesome and the views are breath taking!!! Would definitely stay there again, will be especially nice once reno is complete.

Review 49：we have stayed before and our room was in the first building, newer and clean, this time we were placed in the far building the carpet wasn't vacumed, the room wasn't cleaned as well as before and the remote would not turn on the TV.

Review 54：The location was great. It wasn't right on the "strip" but it was only a 3-4 minute walk. Everything was in walking distance. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean. We have no complaints. It's definitely not a Hilton, but not a motel 6 either. It's a comfortable in between.

The curtain would not close, so the light from outside was shining in all night. Also, a portion of the the backing of the I'm curtain had somehow melted against the window and was still on the window. Last but not least, housekeeping walked in the room unannounced while my sister was laying down for a bit because she wasn't feeling well.

The carpet was old. The heater/A/C unit didn't have dials or labels for the dials, so we couldn't operate it without guessing.

Review 79：We got there and they said our room was ready they gave us our keys and when we got to our room it wasn't even close to being ready so they sent us to another room that only had a 1 queen bed we were traveling as a group of 3 (my wife and I) and our friend so we needed 2 beds then we finally got situated in our 3rd and final room and it took them about 2 hours to get everything situated so it threw our plans off track. We went for my wife's birthday we probably won't stay there again.

Review 80：The location was Okay and we got to see a baby bear and the laundry ladies were the ones that helped us the most they were the best workers there.

Review 81：We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean. The maid service was very helpful. We had a problem with unloading and loading when we arrived and left and the staff was terrific. They helped us from the time we checked in until our departure. This is an old motel right in the middle of Gatlinburg with a wonderful view of down town and the mountains that surround the Town. The motel is under new management and is being up dated daily. The only flaw was the area to park while checking in or out. But David the manager said that would be taken care of as soon as possible. I plan on staying at Park View Motel the next time I am in Gatlinburg.

Review 83：Our first room was filthy. We complained to the staff. We were changed rooms, the second room was filthy. The toilet wouldn't stop running. We lifted the tank lid and there were two bags of spare toilet parts in the tank, which caused the toilet to not fill. We complained again. The staff admitted to their mistake. Overnight, we heard loud music. We complained to the front desk. They did nothing to assist. My boyfriend, after an hour, went out looking for the source of the music. We complained about our stay upon checkout, and the desk clerk offered us 10% off, we have not received a credit.

She just looked at me and said " I'll take it" and she took our trash and put it on the desk! Like I was bothering her when in fact I was trying to keep her from cleaning up more of a mess! And my husband had to put the cover back over the light above the sink, it was just leaning against the dresser!

After we complained, still heard the craziness, and when I called her back she said no one was out there. Review 132：Our GPS did not give us good directions. However it was raining when we came into Gatlinburg, visablity was not good and being in the mountains could have contributed to the problems.

Review 135：They were one light in the whole room the beds were rock hard they were nasty and it stunk the people running the cleaning and remodeling were nasty they say no smoking but the live in cleaning crew or owners whatever they are were smoking while checking you out smoking in there room which was right below us I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone
