Review 1：No elevator in the hotel, it was not mentioned in the reviews and we had a room on the third floor. Not nice. The address reported in the booking does not coincide with the entrance to the hotel so we had to call to find out how to access the hotel!!!

Review 3：No recharging socket / regular plug available in the car park for electric cars so had to quick-charged at a nearby mall. Nice soap was supplied but no shampoo. Even with the windows open on a cool night the room remained quite hot and of course with the windows open we were awoken by drunk people shouting at 4 AM. Not a big problem but I'm a light sleeper who prefers a cool room instead of a hot one.
Review 4：The location is superb, right off the beautiful main square. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with clean, modern amenities. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of breads, jams, yoghurts, and cooked items on offer. Coffee and a selection of juices are also offered at no charge. We used the free parking as well. All in all, splendid value for money and I'd be happy to return.
Review 5：We requested a laundry service on check-in, so we took our laundry downstairs the following morning, picked up in the afternoon and discovered our load was unwashed. No explanation, apology, or solution was provided except to suggest that we try again the next day - which we could not do as we were leaving. Some staff could have been friendlier, with more of a 'can do' attitude (although this has generally been our experience throughout Slovakia).
Review 6：Friendly receptionist at check-in. Location is very good as it is right on the main square. Parking very convenient at the back of the hotel. Wi-Fi was excellent.

Review 11：There were poor curtains in the room, it was very bright and hard to sleep. The website has pictures with black-out curtains but apparently only a very few rooms have them and they were not available. It was also very hot and no air-conditioning. The overall value for money is poor.

Review 17：The stairs! We are very fit and I had read other reviews mentioning the stairs .... that are correct. The building has been renovated/extended so that would have been a sensible time to put in an elevator. We had to go up 60 plus stairs and then down some to get to our room. We travel lightly but it was still a nuisance.

Review 64：Room I got (203) was connected to the next room using only 2 doors from which mine could not be closed properly, so I heard people next talking as they would be in my room. The couple acommodated next had a really good time there.
