Review 1：The entrance have three/four steps, which is rather inconvenient if you carry heavy luggage. When I entered my room, which supposedly was an "upgrade" from a small to a medium room, the first impressions were poor. -There was a funny smell in the room and it was really cold. The room was located on the top floor and seem to be poorly insulated as it was so cold. Next to the bed was an electrical heater, which unfortunately didn't work. Staff was friendly and helpful and replaced the heater with another one -but in my opinion this electrical heater was not sufficient... I had to go to bed wearing my thermal underwear and a jumper. Bathroom appeared very basic and poor. One of the glasses by the mini-bar was visibly dirty. No pen or pad available in the room.

Review 5：I cannot review the hotel fully as we arrived late and departed early, our aim being an simply an overnight between trains. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the room to the railway station. The check-in was easy efficient and friendly. The room was not large. We had two suitcases and there wasn't really room for one! However the room was fresh and the beds were very comfortable.

Review 8：The breakfast has become even better, now with impeccable presentation, almost sacral harmony. I am not joking. Of course there are larger hotels with larger breakfasts, but this hotel has a minimalistic style and the buffet is just perfect.

Review 14：Staff was super friendly. We had our 2 bikes with us at the back of the car. They showed us a locked placed where we could store the bikes. Also we arrived early and the room was ready all and all hospitality as it is ment to be.
Review 15：The staff at this hotel are particularly helpful, going out of the way to make visitors feel at home. It is an easy walk to the station and the old town, with many good restaurants close by. Strongly recommended.

Review 19：The staff are very friendly, nothing is too hard. Everyone in the hotel, specially the manager was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast provided was varied with a few selections of healthy as well as sweet ones.

Review 23：Very helpful staff. Our group had to leave for our meetings early in the morning so they made breakfast for us an hour ahead of schedule! VERY close to the train. Tip- no need to go to the main station entrance. There is an entrance to the platforms about 100 meters from the door of the hotel where you can also purchase tickets.

Review 25：The location is perfect in the center of all action and less than five minutes from train station. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. One of the ladies would go out of her way to help us out. On of the best stays in hotels i have ever experienced.

Review 32：The breakfast room was not attended. Dirty dishes were not cleared off after breakfast guest left. We left our baggage at the front desk to pick up later. When we returned there was no staff at all. After waiting , we took our baggage without any contact with them we could have easily taken anything in the lobby without them noticing. The hotel needs to freshen up the facilities and improve the staff.

The location is very good close to the train station and the old district restaurants.I was able to park behind the train station for free.

Review 119：We were given a luxurious room (more like a suite, with separate bathroom and kitchen area) in this hotel which serves as a bed and furniture showroom on the ground floor. The hotel is perfectly placed inbetween Malmo's central station and its town square (c400m to each). The staff were very professional and friendly. The bed in the room was easily the most comfortable we have ever slept in, but we couldn't dream of affording to buy one - according to the brochure the bed we slept in costs £8,000!
