Reviews for Esadas Hotel

Review 1:Room a bit small.

Review 2:Location, right on main street. Staff friendly & very helpful. Though busy, and having trouble with computer printer & my disk, the front desk printed documents for me at no charge, although they spent time getting it all to work. Clean, modern. Nice enclosed shower.

Review 3:The staff did not speak English. The internet connection was not very reliable.

Review 4:The room was cosy and quiet. Breakfast was good, The hotel is located right in the centre of the city, close to most attractions.

Review 5:The hotel is centrally located close to all architectural monuments, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast, a clean room, reliable internet, efficient staff (though it would make life so much easier if they spoke English). No complaints whatsoever.

Review 6:spacious room, clean, nice breakfast. good location on main street, though there is not much more to Erzurum than this main street ... not noisy, traffic ceases at night. for the car a parking is nearby where you can leave your car and keys, you just need a note from the hotel.

Review 7:Nothing.

Review 8:Close to specific sites also plenty of good ,reasonable locantas.

Review 9:WiFi quality was poor.

Review 10:All what the girl know in the reception was to say (I don't know). She was giving no info. About anything. I think an hotel with nonspeaking staff should not be included in a website for foreigners.

Review 11:The location is perfect in a central street, everything is so close toyou & there are many options for the restaurants.

Review 12:The staff spoke very little english so communication is a bit difficult.

Review 13:The location is very close to the city center, amenities such as food and transport are within reach. Although situated along a busy main road, the room is sound-proof. The room maybe a little small but it is cozy and very clean. Thumbs up to the management.

Review 14:Strong smell of cigarettes in the room, we had to sleep with the window opened. In general the room was clean, but the rugs not really. I wore white sleepers which became grey very quickly.

Review 15:Location in the very center of old Erzurum, nice staff, cozy rooms, good breakfast.

Review 16:My only quibble was with a weird shower system - very hard to work out how to change from tap to shower (or was this just me?!). As I say, it's a quibble.

Review 17:I enjoyed my one-night stay at the Esadas and would definitely recommend it as an excellent mid-range option. The hotel is well located towards one end of the main street, and double glazing ensures that noise is not a problem, even in a front room (as mine was). The bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and the satellite tv (including BBC World) gave a chance to catch up with news. Good big bathroom. Good lifts (2) to the upper floors. Staff efficient rather than friendly - but they did their job. Good breakfast.

Review 18:The rooms had no air conditioning!

Review 19:I was overcharged! They dıdn,t respect booking.com's prıce!
