Review 1：It was all great.

Review 2：We were able to check-in early, the staff was very helpful answering our questions about the surrounding area, parking, and anything else we needed. The attached restaurant and bar were nice to have, as well.

Review 3：I did not like that the restaurant was close on Sunday and Monday, and I did not like having to pay to park across the street.

Review 11：There needed a little more lighting in the rooms and our carpet was dirty. Our touch screen also didn't work so we couldn't access places to go or dine. So for a first time visitor to St Louis it was confusing.

Review 12：The location and the decor. It was beautifully decorated with new age mixed with old. The lobby was inviting and comfortable.

The bathroom wasn't completely clean (mystery stray hairs), the room's information/room service/media tablet seemed to be stuck on the previous visitor so I couldn't use it for anything and the front desk just said that the glitches sometimes happen. Mediocre for the price.

Unfortunately, when my family came the next day, they gave them my old room without cleaning the carpets or fixing other issues. Very disappointing for a 4 diamond rated hotel.

Review 17：Location is a bit of issue. If you can survive on pizza only then good but otherwise for variety of food you need to travel at least 2 miles. I was quoted delivery charge of $12 for food bill of $14 !!!!. Rip off. Somehow restaurants in St Louis think they are doing you a favor by providing food delivery. Would not visit St Louis again.

Review 20：I stayed with a friend on a cross country trip and we absolutely loved the uniqueness of this hotel. It was a complete delight all the way around. If we had the time we would've stayed another night. Such a neat idea! The luxury of this hotel was just amazing for the price. I couldn't possibly rave enough about this place. Review 25：We experienced difficulty with the vaunted Avaya system for which the staff had no response other than "we took a lightning strike last week and it's been messed up since"... Annoying but trivial.

Review 26：The staff were courteous and professional. The well-appointed room was incredibly comfortable and clean. We were located just across the street from SLU, which was very convenient for us. Our maid was superb!

Review 27：The carpet in the room was a little dirty. It needed to either be cleaned or replaced. The apps on the in-room iPad were a little confusing. I was ordering room service but it would not let me specify how I wanted my eggs cooked. There is a terrible squeak in the elevator door every time it opens and closes. The water in the shower did not get hot enough at all.

Review 28：The decor, design, and artwork were absolutely stellar. The bed was insanely comfortable and the sheets were the best I've ever slept on. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The TV was excellent, very clear HD picture. The shower was great (though I kind of wish there was a bathtub).

Review 55：I didn't like the fact that they didn't clean my room. I pulled back the sheets and pubic hairs were under the cover. Management was very apologetic and offered me something from the restaurant for my inconvenience, but I was too exhausted and ready to relax. I kept the same room, but they had someone reclean it.

The building itself is an old manufacturing facility of some sort and the interior exposed brick added a nice touch. Definite value for your money at $50 less per night than downtown, yet just a short drive downtown.
