Review 1：When we got there they told us there were no room for us, even when we showed the reservation numbers. They found us a room, but we had to wait because it was not clean, despite it was already 18:30. We waited 15 minutes, the guy brought us the key and told we were lucky to get the last room, he just had dismissed some people with reservations through Booking, They don´t seem to be organized. The room had no towels. We asked for it but they never brought, which was not a problem since a blackout happened that night, leaving the city without energy and our hotel without water. No energy no water? Why? Other thing is that they have hot shower just two times a day, from 7am to 9 am and from 7pm to 9 pm. The staff is nice, good people, but if you get a room in teh 4th floor, as we did, be prepared to carry your luggage, because there is no elevator and nobody will help you.

There are schedules for everything; shower only at a certain hour and WE ALMOST COULDN'T GO OUT AT 10PM TO EAT IN A RESTAURANT HUNGRY AFTER TRAVELLING SINCE THAT IS SCHEDULED AS WELL. Finally we went anyway and they told us there would be someone opening us the gate. Well, guess what, there wasn't and we had to CLIMB the fence to get in. There are hardly no plug-ins in the room, the bath tub is broken etc. We were so disappointed that decided to leave earlier to change the hostel, but lost lots of money because of the reservation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Review 6：Great location in front of Lago Titicaca and the hotel looks really good from outside. The disappointment starts afterwards..
Review 7：No wifi, showers only for a limited time. When we arrived we were told we only had ten minutes left in the day to shower. Considering how few people were staying at the hotel I think they could have left the hot water on for us. The cleanliness of the place was dubious, the breakfast was awful. In fact don't bother staying here there are far better places to stay in Copacobana
