Review 1：I didn't like how they were renovating early in the morning while we were asleep. Other then that it was great.

Review 5：I drove in from a long four hour trip, the attendant was on the phone, finished her call, looked up at me and rolled her eyes. Then I just waited and she said very rudely as if I were interrupting her and said with an attitude loudly "YES?!!" . I do not know what I could have done by just standing there patiently, but I just looked at her and said quietly I had a reservation. Terrible service.

I told my family that from now on I would probably choose Comfort Suites over LaQuinta, where I usually stay. And thanks for having a Bible in the night stand drawer. I enjoyed reading some Psalms before going to sleep.
Review 12：The greeting I received was below sub-par at best! The girl at the desk did not greet me. She stood there and waited for me to tell her what I wanted. She asked for my payment method, processed my card and handed me my room key without saying anything. When I asked her what my room number was, she stated rudely that the room number was written on the key sleeve. Needless to say this was not a good first impression. My room was not cleaned during my stay. The bed was not made, the bathroom was not cleaned and I did not receive clean towels. I would never stay at this hotel again. I’m not sure how they manger to get a rating of 8.5! I was very disappointed.
Review 13：While this facility claims to be 100% smoke free, the room reeked of nicotine smell. Being an asthmatic child of two smoking parents... this odor is unmistakable.

(2) Thanksgivingmorning, the maid stopped by and discovered my wife was still in bed.Did not return later to service the room. I had to go to the lobby toget towels. Review 95：Perfect location, close to the airport but no noise from planes like in hotels located in the airport area. Also very close to restaurants and shopping malls. They have open air swimming pool which was open in mid May. All other things are typical for such type of hotels in the USA.
Review 96：As soon as we got into the room we had to call the front desk to notify them that the front of the heat/air unit was busted up. It worked, but we notified them right away so we would not be charged for this once we were gone. The refrigerator and most of the lights were unplugged for some reason. Once we plugged up the refrigerator we realized why, because it was rather noisy.
Review 97：The hotel is in a location that is easy to get to and the property seemed to be taken care of, although the rooms could use some updates, sprucing up a bit. We had a comfortable stay.
Review 98：For one thing the refrigerators in the rooms either don't work or make so much noise that I unplug them. I don't use the fridges for anything so I don't really care but does that not reflect a management issue with maintenance? Other than that the place is usually in pretty decent shape.

I keep coming back because it is satisfactory and convenient to I-85 and I can go to Portofino's which is fun. But frankly it is not that exceptional, I'm just used to it. And they do a decent job on breakfast, always important to a traveler.
Review 100：We stayed in room 322 and had a hard time getting hot water to the sink, this is at 4 pm. Staff told us that they were "full" and the hot water consumption was perhaps high. When we came back 10 pm same situation. 7 am we ran the water for 15 min before we got hot water. Wasted water!
