Review 1：Hot tub hours, room smelled like chlorine, carpet was too crazy and made the room seem small. Lobby needed to be vacuumed. Sweet store was listed to close at 10pm but we arrived at 9:50 and it appeared to have been closed for some time. This was something unique that had attracted us to this hotel, we were disappointed.

Review 2：Hot tub area. Woman who took our room service order around 1030 was very helpful and enthusiastic. We only ordered dessert but room service was very speedy and the food was presented nicely.

Review 3：There was advertising for mattresses in the lobby.... Thought that was odd! However if it was the same mattress the hotel provides, they were very comfy!!!!

Review 5：Bathroom was to small for people with disability's, stool to low to floor, room to small for walker or wheel chair. The room smelled like the indoor pool gest outside window in the room. Long walk to the room from desk for a person with disability's. Beds not comfortable at all, to soft. Won't be back. RT

We did have a party of 12 but the bar took a couple hours for lunch and the restaurant served everyone's meals at different times so the first people had been done eating way before the last people got their meals. Then the last two people's steaks were way overcooked.

Review 8：The girl who checked is in was unfriendly, and put us in room 1200. Right by the freeway! We hardly got any sleep.

Review 10：When we got there at about 3pm the computers were down and we literally just sat in the lobby and waited for over an hour for the computers to work again to get our room. The halls are very long and confusing. Easier access to the rooms would be beneficial.

Review 12：The room smelled, got a new one. It was raining and the indoor area with pool and whirlpool ceiling was leaking and it rained on us via the indoor trees. There was a staff member taking break near by but clearly told no one. When I did they where surprised. The clock did not work in the room. The restaurant the hotel was not good and clearly the bartender could not make a Cosmo.

Review 14：The facility was cavernous with only 1 elevator per 'wing', the hallway to the rooms (3rd floor) from the only elevator was about 400 feet away. The room was big, smelled like a smoking room, had dead insects in the window sills, was hot and dusty.

Review 16：Would have liked to have a mini fridge. Also the rooms on the ground floor walk out into the courtyard, and unfortunately the people next to us got up around 6 am with their kids and we're rather rowdy right outside our door. Not the hotel's fault...

Review 17：The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nicer shampoo and toiletry items(bath and body works) we were just traveling for pleasure and stayed one night but the pool liked nice and the Starbucks cafe I'm the lobby was nice.

Review 18：the room wasn't the cleanest. The light in the pool fell out so we took the kids out of the pool. The staff reinserted the light but it came out again. they said it was rusted. Scary thinking it might shock someone.

Review 22：I expected a hotel with this name to be more classy. It was not. Very noisy hotel. Room was average. Had to walk through a maze to get to my room. Carpets were stained in hotel.

Review 24：Made reservation a year in advance and requested outdoor space - patio or balcony - since hotel is non-smoking and was assured this would be available for me at no additional charge. Arriving at the room after very long travel day found neither patio nor balcony. Several lights out in hallway for the entire stay. Ice machines of all three floors of the north wing not working during our stay. Several staff members (front desk in particular) do not appear to care about the guest experience so much so that upon checkout I mentioned the maintenance issues (after reporting them throughout the week) and the desk clerk just laughed. Would not stay here again.

Review 26：A family was checked into our room while we were in there. I understand mistakes happen, but felt embarrassed as I was in my birthday suit! Management gave us some coupons for breakfast, but my stay there (one night) , was tarnished after that point. Loud party in room next door, but staff quieted it down when we called.

Review 34：The first room was absolutely disgusting. I've never smelled urine that bad ever. The hallways, the room had that odor everywhere. If it wasn't late at night we would of left. Never was offered any compensation. .

Review 35：Layout of the hotel is awful. It took us forever, 20 minutes to find our room. It is ridiculous. Me and my wife were running around with our luggage, and thank goodness one lady help us, it could take another 20 minutes. The map that staff gave us, was confusing.

Review 37：There was broken glass everywhere, including the area where kids play, the hall way of our room, vending area. .. So it was a constant reminder this hotel may look clean, but they aren't looking very hard. The price is off as well. It was not worth $92 per night.

Review 39：~ The housekeeping left our room unlocked with the door propped open all day while we were out one of our days during our week long stay. ~ Housekeeping constantly forgot to place a trash bag in the trash cans. ~ Continued to leave dirty towels that were on the floor placed back on the rack/shelf to appear as clean. ~ After we complained about the above issues the housekeeping failed to clean our room the last day and night of our stay. ~ When we called down for clean towels they were never brought top us. ~ The guest next to us were smoking pot in the room and you could smell it down the entire hallway and our room.

Review 40：~ The location was good and the restaurant was good with great service. ~ The Hotel as a whole was pretty and had good amenities. ~ One of the front desk supervisors was nice and helpful.

Review 41：I like their decoration, having the 10 Commandments in the front gave me peace of mind. The shuttle service was excellent, the drivers were very helpful. I would like to stay there again next time I'm in CO Springs.

Review 42：The balcony outside our room was filthy. There were cigarette butts and clumps of hair on the floor. One day we requested bath towels to be left, and they never were. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel. Wish there was a fridge.

Review 43：We had a balcony with a view of Pike's Peak. The pools looked lovely, but we never had a chance to use them.

Review 44：This facility in Colorado Springs was an excellent value. The staff were so courteous and professional, our room was immaculate, the beds are heavenly and the dining experience was so positive. We especially liked that our patio door opened on to a lovely thick grassed area close to the enclosed pool area. The fresh air was so wonderfu!

Review 45：It should not be advertised as a 4 star hotel. Our housekeeper left dirty glasses in our room since our arrival. Beer bottles outside on the patio. Garbage in the hallways. Never emptied our trash in our room. Would take our dirty towels and not leave clean towels. Both pool areas ran out of towels. The tile work in the hot tub is missing and broken. The hotel could not keep up with the amount of guests. When we finally complained on how this is far from a 4 star hotel, we were given a breakfast, which they ran out of and were in the process of filling it up, was horrible, thank god we didn't pay for it. They need to change several things before we would go back and stay. It is not worth the price!!!

Review 46：It was close by to a lot of attractions. We arrived early, and they were able to check us in. We talked with the front desk as to neither one of us has been to Colorado, and they were able to tell us places to see. They Shuttle within a 3 mile radius, but the shuttled us outside of there 3 mile radius, which was very nice. We ate at the Rawhide Bar & Grill, and the steaks were fantastic!! We also ate there again, and it was fantastic!!

Review 47：The room hadn't been vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. The sheets on the bed were not soft they felt like paper and we itched all night. At 8 am a housekeeper opened our door while we were still sleeping.

Review 51：They did NOT have the room I reserved. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds in it and they gave me only 1 bed. MY SON HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR because they also didn't have a cot or anything. I believe I should get some type of refund due to the fact that I did not get what I reserved AND PAID FOR!

I called again to see if there was any early Check in...we were then told 1pm. We arrived at 1230 pm, and this same front desk person said, sorry, that we must wait until the 3pm normal check in. We missed part of the wedding reception because of this. It felt as if front desk staff wanted to do anything possible to NOT help us be able to check in and attend our event. We ended up checking in late that night. The accommodations were nice- very comfortable, and the rest of the staff were great. The outdoor pool was nice, too. It was convenient as far as location is concerned. Aside from lack of belief in customer service, I would recommend.

Review 110：On 5/24/14, they had a family reunion booked in the one of the confrence center room's and the music was so loud, we could hear it in our room. We finally went to sleep around 11pm and the music was still going strong. We complained the next day, and suggested they put those kind of parties away from the guests. So hopefully this review helps some. Other than that, our stay was great.

Review 111：In my reservation with booking.com, it was clear that the room would have a refrigerator. Getting there they gave me a room without refrigerator and argue that the refrigerator would come a for an additional fee of 10 dollars a day. When I showed my reservation with booking.com, they told it was a wrong information, but they couldn't help me because it was the websites fault...

Review 112：The restaurant did not have very good food. Dinner was okay, but breakfast was horrible. You are supposed to get one child's meal free with every adult entrée and this only happened out of the three times we went, only once. The staff seemed super new or maybe it was lack of training. I would not waste the money again on a poolside room it was awfully loud and there were a couple conventions by the playground so my daughter was only able to use it on Friday and Monday.

Review 113：The little sweet shop with the ice cream was cute. There was also a live band in the bar and grill one night and my daughter absolutely loves live music. The beds were super comfy. The location was really good for the zoo.

Review 114：We had rooms near indoor pool, and you definitely hear all of the pool noises as well as any hall noise outside the door.

Review 116：The waitress was so rude both morning we were there. Always seemed bothered by having to serve us because she had a friend seated there and spent most if the time talking to him. I had to ask the other waitress to get her to help us. Every time we said thank you she responded with "uhhuh". I love your hotel but will think twice because of the restaurant staff.
