Review 2：Good size room Breakfast was ok Helpful staff albeit some has limited English but they were happy to "call a friend" to help.

If only they could put back afridge in the room (there is a space in the room provided for thispurpose, but even if the guy at the reception has tried hard to explainme what has happened with the fridge, I couldn't understand a wordbecause all his explainations have been in Turkish), the hotel would geta better rating.
Review 6：Big lobby and big, clean rooms. Good location in a reasonably quietstreet (by Turkish standards) with a lot of other hotels and restaurantsnearby. One can reach most of important Erzurum sights on foot (a 15minutes walk). Near the hotel there is a Metro bus company office whichoffers a free minibus service to the coach station.
Review 7：Rooms are very dirty. When I entered my room, there are some rubbish in the bin. Besides there are some urine tracks on the toilet seat. The towels are very hard like a stone they should use softening chemicals. I expected these dirty things but I prefered for room price. If you don't care about cleaning this Hotel is in good location and very cheap.

Review 10：The staff at the Ornek were very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Erzurum. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. It is old-school and charming. The elevator is just big enough for 2 people.
